Great price Great phone, but limited Posted by: from: Muncie, IN on I bought this phone yesterday and returned it today. Not really due to issues with the phone but it's limitations in my usage. After installing my apps, it started to slow down. It does have only 512 mb ram. That's where the problem came about. I am a heavy multi-tasker. Just didn't work for my usage. Otherwise great phone. Thicker than expected. At only $99 good camera quad core dual Sim and sd expansion. Can't beat the price. I returned this phone for the Blu studio X Plus because of more ram and bigger screen.

Trash Posted by: from: on Do you like apps to freeze after a few minutes? Do you enjoy random shutdowns? Does an unresponsive interface with lots of lag give you a special kind of joy? Do you feel warm and fuzzy when you can't take a picture because the camera is so slow? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you'll love this phone! If you answered no, your best bet is to spend a bit more money and buy a phone that is actually functional. I wouldn't recommend this phone to even the lightest smartphone users; after a few hours of light use I was noticing a startling amount of lag. I tried turning off the background apps, which was totally ineffective. I didn't expect this phone to be a powerhouse, but I did expect it to be able to carry out basic tasks. Seriously, don't buy it.

Good As a Phone Your Kid Can Break or Lose Posted by: from: on Ok, my kid had two other phones before this one -- both of them fairly expensive -- $200 or so -- she's a teenager so I expected something to happen. After the second one got damaged, I decided the third had to be low-cost. This BLU phone was only about $80 and does everything she wants. My only qualm, which doesn't seem to bother her, is that it takes a bit more of a forceful touch on the screen for anything to happen. Otherwise, I'm happy as if she loses or breaks this one, it's not like we're replacing an expensive one. It's been about two months and so far so good.

Great phone for the money! Posted by: from: on This phone works excellent, responds very fast, has a good call quality, and a decent camera. Only a small gap with other high-end phones (like Samsung Galaxy) so it is hard to believe it costs almost 6 times less. A great buy if you are a budget-conscious shopper!

Good buy Posted by: from: on Good buy for someone who needs a durable smartphone at an affordable price. Short on GB's but purchased a 32-GB Sandisk at the same time to add space and now have plenty of GB space.

Good temporary phone Posted by: from: on Bought to use in Europe. I only only needed it for three weeks, any longer than that and I would have thrown it out the window. It did do what I needed it to do which was make phone calls and send emails but other than that the phone is junk. It's very slow, takes terrible pictures, and has horrible battery life. But I guess that's what one should expect from an $80 phone. It is unlocked so you can use any SIM card with it.

Good phone for the price Posted by: from: New Jersey on This phone works well and I purchased for international travel. It was easy to insert locally purchased sim card and had no real problems while traveling outside of the US. This phone is good deal for the value. Only negative is that menus and home button are a little confusing to navigate at first. I would recommend this phone for someone looking for basic lower priced phone for international travel.

Got what I expected for $100.00 Posted by: from: on We needed a temporary phone. This was just what we needed. It went on line, made calls and sent/received texts. The touch screen was not as sensitive as an expensive phone, not did it work as well, but it was only $100.00 so we got what we expected. The glass is not very sturdy. For the price, yes I would recommend it, but not to be compared to expensive phones

Pretty decent phone for the price. Posted by: from: on This is not a Samsung Galaxy phone, but it's surprising fast for the price and works as expected. I did not have it long enough to comment on durability, but had no issues setting it up and using it while travelling to Europe.
