Nice phone Posted by: from: on I purchased this on 3-16-2016 and was delivered 3-23-2016. I have to set the record straight on ram. I see one person says that 1gig of ram is a drawback. The phone has 2gigs of ram. However the operating system uses about one gig of ram, leaving you a little over a gig of ram free. The phone runs great for most task. Just not playing major games or tons of multitasking. You can multitask but I don't recommend more than a few things at once, which will suffice for the average user. I haven't had the phone long but I love it. I paid the full price of 150.00 and would do it again. I don't know about you reading this review but I can't afford or really need a super phone that cost almost a months rent or house note. I installed Nova launcher and contacts & dialer by Drupe. I love the look and operation of this phone. I also installed Evolve sms and am enjoying it. I hope this helps a few people make up their mind on the purchase of this phone. Like I said it's not a super phone but has a nice camera runs great and haven't had any complaints, especially for the price of this phone. I would and have recommended this phone to friends and family.

great phone for $100 Posted by: from: on I bought the phone when it was sold for $99. I love it. I have LG G2 which restarts alot randomly lately and battery life was not that great. I can use the phone to play my game for about an hour, and the battery will drop from 100% to 85%. My LG will drop from 100% to 70% within the same time frame. Did I mention that my LG was only 4 months old? I love the fact that the battery is removable, so you can have extra battery if you use it a lot. The phone sometimes will get warm, which is far more cooler than my LG when I play my game. It does not have NFC function if you intend to use it for debit card/credit card. Overall I am very happy with it. Improvement can be made: the battery cover is filmsy, I was afraid that I may break it, and the plastic case can be better.

Worked great for 6 weeks, now only works on wifi Posted by: from: on For the first 6 weeks, the phone worked great. The phone did everything I needed. Coming from a Nexus 4 this was a big step up. I realize that there are better spec'ed phones out there, but from my point of view, I couldn't say anything bad about the phone. + Battery Life + Large Screen + Good Performance However, this all ended last week. Suddenly the mobile network reception got really bad. For the first couple of days I thought that it was a T-mobile issue, but by now I am convinced its a phone issue. Whenever my other phones (Motorola / LG) has a good network connecting, my BLU has no connection. I used to be able to hold a call on my daily drive home, now I only have a network connection 10%-20% of the time. (In the middle of Phoenix). Trying to get a hold of BLU support, but no luck so far.

Great Phone Posted by: from: on I got my VIVO XL for $99. At first I was debating since I don't know anyone that owns a BLU product. I kept going back and forth. But I needed a phone since my Sony Experia T2 Ultra got water damaged. I saw that the gold color sold instantly. I watched about ten reviews on YouTube and finally decided to go for it. So SO glad I did, the phone is Beautiful and powerful, I am on the Tmobile network and the 4G LTE works Great..

It's all that I expected with a large wide screen Posted by: from: on I wanted a good phone that is unlocked so I can use it when I travel. The phone is all it says it is. Good camera resolution and enough widescreen. The fact that it is double sim also was a plus for me.

Outstanding price / value Posted by: from: on I'm very happy and impressed with this phone. Very nice screen (large, sharp, bright, colorful and great contrast and viewing angle. Don't let the supposedly low specs of the screen scare you. Outstanding Battery life and great performance (8 core CPU, 2GB RAM#. Included is a soft bumper case and a screen protector. No sound or battery charging issue as a noted in a previous review. Mine was charging to 100% after one day usage. Works perfect with T-Mobile LTE. Here are my 1 out of 10 ratings #10 being the best): Packing: 9 Build quality: 9 Display: 9 Performance: 8+ Battery life: 10+ Camera: 7+ Sound quality: (phone and speakerphone): 8

Best Bang for the buck for 5.5 phone. Posted by: from: on BLU has been coming out with better and better phones lately. The XL is a prime example. For a large phone it is incredibly light, but feels good in the hand. The Amoled screen, while not the most color accurate is very bright and saturated, images really really pops. Battery life is also impressive. Build quality is good- not great- remember this is a budget phone. Weakest part is the camera. it's ok, but not even close to your high end iPhone or Samsung- but again we are talking about a $150 phone. Keep in mind that it uses the newer usb c port for charing- surprising bit of forwards thinking there- but also means you can;t use any micros cables you have laying around for back-up charging. Finally one extra bit of niceness, it comes with a case.

Low priced solid phone Posted by: from: on Really good phone, great battery, low price, expandable memory, very thin phone, only 720p screen but still looks great, loud speaker, pretty fast weird OS layout but with Android you can always change it to what you want. Included with this phone a screen protector, phone case & earbuds my overall experience has been great with this phone

Great Phone, Great Price Posted by: from: on Tracked the phone from when it was announced in the CES 2016. Got it for $99.99. After using it for about 5 days, I can say that is money well spent. Phone looks like a costly phone, doesn't look or feel like a budget phone. Comes with necessary accessories like a screen protector, soft gel case, so you don't have to spend extra. Battery is pretty good. Large bright screen with good resolution, Access to Google Play brings all the apps home. Touch and response speed is excellent. Right now there are no cons.
