Great, for the size and price
Posted by: James from: on
I've tested many pico projectors and this one has outstanding performance for the size and price. It's so small and light that you can throw in a bag and forget it's there.
However, you have to manage your expectations - compared to a full size projector or even a more expensive pico projector, the performance is much lower. You must use this projector in a very dim or, ideally, a completely dark room or outside at night.
The resolution is low but the optical quality is high so the image is sharp and crisp, despite the fact that it is only 640x360 resolution. Video content and games look good, but I don't recommend using this for powerpoints, spreadsheets or documents - anything with small text - the resolution just isn't high enough for that.

Very limited use, verify your device is compatible
Posted by: LiquidJS from: on
I purchased this item on sale and ultimately returned it after a few days. The main reason for the purchase was to use with my phone, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to have something to quickly project the media I had saved. As it turned out, my phone does not support MHL to HDMI. The projector did work fine connected to PS4/Xbox and an older phone that supports MHL. The image isn't very bright and the projector cannot be charged and used at the same time; so you are limited to approx. 2hr battery life and will then need to charge it again before using it again.

Possible Defective Product
Posted by: AndrewMD from: on
I purchased this unit a couple weeks ago and a few issues popped up.
1. The included MHL Cable is not compatible with LG or Samsung (used another brand MHL cable to HDMI works fine)
2. Random results when using an Apple product with Apple HDMI adapter for iPhone and iPad.
3. Docking Clip blocks the Micro-HDMI port (um why? Did quality control really check that?)
1. Small and compact
2. Good Price at $150.00
3. Good brightness (50 Lumens) for a semi-dark room
4. Built-in battery that is good for about 2 hours
5. Included cables and adapters (except adapter is really large... )
I won't recommend this to a friend, only because I found the same version by the Original manufacture on another online store that put all the A/V ports on the back of the unit and includes a direct USB port to play videos without a smartphone or external device.

Big projector in a small package
Posted by: lilipuha from: Martinsburg, WV on
I purchased this projector for art purposes and was very pleasantly surprised to find it a powerfully bright, dynamic machine with good resolution. Sound is rudimentary but of adequately intense volume. The focus function is excellent. The battery only lasts for 100 minutes so if you're movie watching this could be an issue. Many HDMI cables and adapters are included. Overall MUCH more than I expected for the price!

Not bad for the money
Posted by: ITMANAGER from: on
Great product for the beginner. Very good picture. However it does not have blue tooth and the speaker quality isn't good. I was able to use my amazon Fire Stick to blue tooth sound to an external speaker. The brightness is also not great. It will need to be super dark to watch anything. Can't complain too much though. Works great for what I use it for.

Surprisingly Good for the Size and Price
Posted by: TweakerMI from: on
First, this projector has very limited resolution, so don't expect a high level of detail of projecting text onto a big screen. I see this as more of an entertainment projector, to use with a phone or tablet to stream video while on a vacation trip. That being said, the image is surprisingly bright for its diminutive size. All relevant cables are included and if you need to project from a composite source, there are adapters available which will convert composite video to HDMI at a reasonable price. NOTE: Check your device prior to purchase to make sure it supports HDMI or MHL. My Samsung Galaxy S4 Phone and Galaxy Tab S Tablet do support MHL; however, my Galaxy S7 Phone does not. Color gamut is good, the unit includes a simple carrying pouch for the device itself and a snap-on tripod adapter was also in the package. I cannot yet vouch for battery life but an adapter/charger is included for continuous AC operation. I also own a better-equipped, higher-resolution Epson projector which this could or would never replace; however, this one would be hard to beat for its size and convenience. Great for frequent travelers who live out of a duffle bag!

Perfect for what it is
Posted by: Blarkness from: on
This projector is exactly what I needed- a low cost, easy to setup, and versatile device to project PowerPoint presentations. The resolution is decent and the accessories are extremely helpful! Everyone I show this too wants one as well.

Idea is good but it needs to be developed
Posted by: vaibhavjain44 from: on
It is nice for small projections but issue is how you will setup. Voice quality is good but its not portable though it is small. You have to really understand it mountability.
