Best budget Bluetooth headset
Posted by: idream from: Walker,La. on
Purchased this about a week ago.
This is my 3rd headset in 6 months. I drive A big truck so being able to hear and be heard is important. Had a much more expensive Plantronics M155 previously. It worked well in quiet environments, but not well at all in the real world. The audio answer or ignore feature stopped working after only a week.
Also, My phones voice command features work well on this device.( a Samsung intensity III)

One of the best Basic Bluetooth Headset
Posted by: sean7 from: USA on
I had purchased about 3-4 Bluetooth headsets before. Even one worth $150.00. This Jabra one I purchase for $24.99 at Best Buy. And the quality was better than the one I bought for $150.00!!! I think the best thing I like about this product is that it it really comfortable. Sometimes I forget it's in my ear. That's never happened before with any of my Bluetooth headsets before. I LOVE this so much I am looking into purchasing a back up just in case I loose this one.

Good quality for a blutooth headset at this price. I got it on sale for Christmas. Until today is working as expected. Good sound quality and easy to pair with cellphone.

Easy pairing with phone & PC
Posted by: TVfanTX from: Austin Tx on
Purchased this device with an Bluetooth dongle for PC gaming. Windows 7 recognized It immediately & downloaded drivers. Very small & light weight, comfortable for long periods of use. Pairs easily with my HTC One & plays music as well as hands free. Great for jogging, working out, listening to music & answering calls. Music quality is surprisingly good although mono of course. Great range, call quality & battery life. For a primary phone device it might lack call features but for gaming & receiving calls while driving, jogging, etc. it can not be beat for the price.

Very Clear and great price!

I owned my Jabra until this week when it was stolen out of my car by the windshield repair man. So, I'm buying another one. The shaped earpiece makes the receiver very comfortable to wear. The ear clip can be removed and turned around so the earpiece can be worn in either ear. It comes with an extra clip and an extra earpiece cover. I love that the receiver "talks" to you...let's you know when it is connected, tells you when the battery is low, etc. Easy to turn on/off and to connect is an easy tap. The sound is crisp and clear. People on the other end of a phone call say they can hear me great. External noise does not interfere with the sound. It holds a charge for a good long time and uses a standard micro/usb plug to charge. I highly recommend this headset!

Works well but sound quality is poor
Posted by: REkim from: NH on
This is a decent bluetooth headset. It works in all situations and the battery life is actually very, very good. Pairing with my iphone 5 or my laptop is instant. The indicators on the headset are useful to tell if it's connected or if the battery is getting down there. The on/off switch is one of the best features, it saves a lot of battery. Past headsets have only gone into standby, wasting battery and causing frustration when it was dead.
My main issues with this headset are the fit and the sound quality. The frame of my glasses is quite small, yet this headset can't sit right up against my ear. The additional soft ear piece with the loop on it is quite uncomfortable after 20 or so minutes. The sound quality in my ear is very low (this is not a result of the fit issue). No one has said anything bad about the quality of my voice on their end but I have certainly noticed the low-quality sound in my ear. It sounds much like the headset is turned up too high causing distortion, but this is not the case. It happens at all volume levels - even the lowest.
Overall, a good headset for the price. If you need to save a few bucks but need a bluetooth headset, this will work out just fine.

I bought this thinking it would just be "ok", based on other reviews. However, this little guy surprised me quite a bit! It's a great size and wraps nicely around my ear. The battery life is fantastic thanks to Bluetooth Low Energy ( one of my requirements when purchasing an earpiece ).
The biggest complaint I saw over and over again while researching earpieces was the sound quality. Not so in this case! In fact, I was talking to a friend while using the phone and not the earpiece. I then switched over to the earpiece and he immediately asked me what had happened, because the sound became so much clearer!
