Q: does the Keurig 2.0 575 have a blue led light under the water container?
A: Hello and thank you for your question. The Keurig K575 offers 4 color choices for illuminating the machine’s water reservoir. Simply go to the machines settings menu and choose white, blue, red or green. We hope this information is helpful and we thank you for your inquiry.
Q: What is the difference in the Keurig K525, K575, K500 Platinum?
A: Hello and thank you for your question. The K575 Brewing System and the K525 Brewing System contain the same 500 Brewer. The difference in the numbers indicates a difference in the packaging options between retailers, such as how many K-Cups are included or if there are any accessories included. We hope this information is helpful!
Q: Does this Keurig brew hot and cold coffee?
A: No it does not brew cold coffee. I brew mine and pour it in my mug with ice cubes that are made from coffee that I make the day before and freeze in Ice cube trays (that way when the ice melts it doesn't get watered-down). Tastes as good as Starbucks and Duncan Donuts, but way cheaper. Keurig does offer a cold brewer, haven't seen one in person though.
Q: What is the size of the water container?
A: Hi Morbe! The K525 brewing system offers an 80 ounce water reservoir. We hope you find this information helpful and we thank you for your question!
Q: Can I used traditional K-cups with this model, or do I have to buy new pods?
A: You can use traditional K-cups
A: I had issues with an old keurig that wouldn't work at all after it was used and then sat for a while. I came up with an easy way to fix it using a turkey baster. I used just the rubber end like a plunger, take the keurig tank off and place the rubber squeeze part of the baster flush against the hole where water goes in and pump it to get all the build up out until it works.
Q: Can you use your own coffee is this model?
A: Hi and thank you for your question. You can brew your favorite ground coffee your way with the Keurig® 2.0 My K-Cup® reusable coffee filter, specifically for use in the 2.0 Brewing System. We hope this information is helpful!
Q: What are the fluid ounce sizes on the brewing options?
A: Hi and thank you for your question. The K525 Brewing System will brew 4, 6, 8 and 10 oz. on the K Cup setting, 12, 14, 16 and 18oz with a KMug or Vue pod and 22, 26 and 30oz with a KCarafe pod. We hope this information is helpful!
