Have a 30 pin stereo dock and a 30 pin to rca cord for another stereo. Got tired of having to take my phone out of the case to play music. Best buy got this product back in stores and I bought immediately, and have not looked back since! Great for keeping your phone in the case and docking, and also helps docking with other cases, such as the otter box defender, which couldn't be docked without the extender. Great product

Much needed if you have a LifeProof case

For example, music docks and chargers. Best Buy had a great price and it came quickly.

Great for Lifeproof Case

Q: Questiondoes it just charge itI want to know if you have to hook it to an iHome or Apple Dock. can you just stick it in? Does it need an outlet? does it work in the car?????
