Customers are saying
Customers commend the 27" IPS LED QHD Gaming Monitor for its top-notch picture quality, fast refresh rate, vibrant colors, good performance, and HDR, especially considering its price. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the quality of the internal speakers and the design of the stand. While a few users mentioned ghosting, the majority did not observe this issue. Overall, the monitor seems to be well-received for its visual performance and value.

This overpriced 27" display sucks and here is why.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start with the claim "HDR". Not only is this display not HDR certified It is by far the worst attempt at HDR I've seen. The display is an 8-bit standard dynamic range display, It has the ability to enable HDR but the colors are far from dynamic easier to call them muted and washed. With the HDR feature enabled the Blacks will turn grey while the rest of your standard colors will become so muted you'd think you went color blind.

Packaging issues
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the monitor itself but the first time it was ordered, I kept having an issue where the monitor would show static every 5 minutes, requiring a power cycling to resolve the issue. I returned the monitor and had an exchange arranged as an in-store pickup, and this is the box that it came in… absolutely thrashed. For something as fragile as a monitor you would think Best Buy would take some care in ensuring the packaging doesn’t get to the point where it’s as damaged as this.

Not worth $500
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does what it claims but it’s not worth it unless you don’t care about color and like a dark monitor. It’s super dim and everything is way to red. The monitor is fast but just get an Oled if you can handle this kind of brightness

you get what you pay for
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The great: 240hz looks amazing, The bad: Monitor speaker is terrible. The ugly: due to thermal expansion the plastics of the monitor make annoying creaking noises that seem to get worse with time.

I Do Not Recommend
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Monitor looks good...when it works. Power cord seems to be shorting out or something. Anytime I hit my desk it powers off. There's also a streak in the pixels that appear differently than the rest of the pixels and then it's back to normal. Attempted multiple cord switches, no luck. August 13 - after having the robot hang up on me twice because my number NOT being associated with an account (like duh no I don't have an account with you and I should not have to have an account with you just to talk to you!) have contacted HP through their slow chat and will be sending to their service center. I will NEVER purchase another HP product again.

Ok
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Screen kept flickering. Thought it was my graphics card being the issue but it continued to flicker, so I’m returning it.

Very disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly not good at all. Colors are just off for some reason and the refresh rate is very negligible from 165hz and I say this after using a 165hz monitor for years and I couldn't really tell a difference. The resolution was very disappointing in most games except Fortnite looked good clarity and sharpness wise but colors were still strange like it was not super colorful or possibly a bit over sharpened. Not too sure. When I went back to my old monitor, it looked 100 times better. Personally really do not recommend. Especially for the price (even with the black Friday discount). Also, the screen and scaling when turned on looks really small so if you do buy it, you probably want to be close to your monitor.

On and Off Again
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quality seems decent enough but the screen refuses to stay on. Goes black and then comes back about 10-20x per day....

Too expensive to be good
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Display isn’t bright enough. When mounted on a monitor arm feels loose. Backlight overheats. Didn’t like it overall

||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lots of screen tearing, tried to fix the problem using various methods with no success, I assume the panel is faulty. Going to return.
