Very good and fast charging. It is easy to put together and fits great for my laptop. The ease of use is impeccable. It literally charges my laptop from dead to 100 in less than an hour, probably 30 minutes tops. It’s the best charger ive ever purchased and I’m not lying when I say that.

I needed this for my work laptop and it works perfectly. I bought this product to serve as an additional charger for convenience. I can leave this charger in my desk drawer and I don't have to worry about packing it up and carrying it back and forth between home and work. Determining which attachment to use with my particular laptop was not complicated at all.

At first I was excited to buy this product because of the versatility. However, my computer accidentally fell from about a ft. with the charger plugged in and the tip broke. It didn't fall hard at all, but the tip is plastic; seems like. Now I have to spend another $50+ on an entire new set or buy a different one :(.

Charger stopped working for my Acer laptop. Did the research and showed that this one had the right adapter which fit my Acer laptop perfectly. Even if it didn’t, you can Knutson the correct one through the manufacturer for no additional charge. The process appears to be easy. Also, Best Buy has a website you can go to to figure which adapter will fit your laptop and if it is included in the box. If not, you can order as mentioned above. Overall, very convenient and came through in a pinch.
