Sound has good balance, very detailed and transparent, a bit bright in the highs. I prefer a bit warmer smooth sound but most people like bright. Bass is good but not boosted, which I prefer. I like being able to plug into iPhone without adapter. This one is hard to beat for the price, and I do like it!
