These are good for their price. They work reliably, have a long battery life before needing a charge, and good sound quality for listening to media, and for phone calls. I prefer ear buds that are tethered like these, because I use them all day long on my job, which is very physically active, and I would lose the unattached ones. They’re so comfortable, I forget I have them on. They don’t last more than a year or two, though, with constant use (which is how I used them). But, for the price, I’m not complaining, and the purchase I’m reviewing now is for my new, 2nd pair. How my last pair died, is that they stopped taking a charge. I put Good rating for connectivity, because every so often they take a couple tries to connect to my iPhone. Most of the time they connect right away.

I have loved these. I have used them for about 2 years. You won't loose earbuds, they charge pretty fast and sound great. Downsides are they have started having connectivity issues after 2 years, the call quality is not great because the mic is pretty basic. Other than that they do well

I like the comfort ability of this unit. But after being unused what it’s around your neck, it turns off then takes a while to turn back on or connect to your phone when you answer it.. I got busy & 15 days had pasted and did not return it, so I’m pretty much stuck with it. I use it every now and then but it’s a pain in the butt to always have to wait for it to resync once I haven’t been on the phone or listening to music for a bit.

They work good. Wish they vibrated when a call comes in, as my last pair did. Wish they could connect to 2 devices at once, as my last pair did.

There just ok, I had beats before but lost them. Beats were ten times better. These connect and disconnect as the please.

Sometimes difficult to connect and low volume on conference calls

I have to say I’m not a fan of these the sound quality is very good and the wouldn’t stay connected to my Samsung note also lost sound it one ear and people on the other end could hear a loud screeching noise.

Sound quality is fair, magnet that holds the ear buds together is weak, blue tooth pairing with is slow, and charging port is a micro USB (why? everything is type c these days).. I would not buy these again.

The sound is ok, sometimes it’s hard to connect to the iPhone.

Bought these last week because Best Buy didn't have the Skull Candy's like this that I loved, I deeply regret the purchase. For starters they fit my ears poorly no matter what size bud I put on and they constantly fall out. They take forever to charge fully. Audio quality is average when listening to music/podcasts on my phone, very weak bass though. Almost never will connect to my laptop and when they do, the audio is the worst I've ever heard in any technology newer than 2005. I disconnected them to make sure it wasn't the video, and it wasn't. Then if I switch tabs, they won't play sound anymore in any tab and have to be disconnected then reconnected, which again is hit and miss if they will even connect. My laptop is a 2021 Lenovo so isn't an old computer causing the issues. Overall I've never been more displeased with a product, I really expected more from JVC. I wouldn't recommend these to my worst enemy and that isn't even a joke.

The device occasionally disconnects from my phone. Also while the controls are draped around your neck you cant see the signal light.

Overall is a great device for audio function. The only one inperfection is the connectivity could be better.

My wife didn't like these headphones they kept disconnecting from her phone.

Had to recently change brands to this after my old Bluetooth finally broken down completely. Not worth the money in my opinion. This Bluetooth had horrible connectivity problems. Often dropping off between calls or videos for no reason. Had to constantly turn the device off and on again just to correct the problem. I finally went on Amazon to find my old model, just to find something reliable. Give this to someone who doesn’t care.

I dont like my head phones at all i dont know when anyone is calling, hard to hear often goes off bluetooth on its own

This products neckband I do not like because it slip & slides all the time... sliding off the neck without notice while NOT in use. this is the second one I bought because it fell off! As for productivity the sound is distorted while talking on the phone, difficult to connect after leaving my Auto's Bluetooth. I guess the only things that I really like about it is how flexible it is and the the slots that adjust the ear pods.

Couldn't hook them to my TV. Should have told what was needed. Or better directions.

The headphones work. It has connectivity problems. Sometimes it takes a while for the device to connect to my cell phone or it may lose the connection and take a while to get it back.

My husband a truck driver and sometimes they don’t work!!

Worthless, would not work with C connection phone device and ear plugs were uncomfortable.
