It has a very clear and impactful sound, with enough volume to drown out background noise. However, this device under performs when it comes to music that has a significant amount of base.

These earbuds are not too bad for the money, but don’t expect much from them. They will only sound ok if you get a decent seal from the different sized tips included with them. Even with a good seal, they only sound ok to my ears for music or video. Again, these are very low priced earbuds so I am not totally surprised here. I also found them to be quite tight in my ears, but I know that will vary on the user. They come with medium size attached right out of the box, but even the smaller sized tips they also come with were a little tight in my ears. I was able to get an ok seal with one of the tips for my ears. The sound was just ok for music or anything else. I tried these with my Pixel 6A, and had some issues getting one earbud to connect, but eventually it did. A selling point of these earbuds is its low latency mode, and while I didn’t witness any out of sync audio, I also didn’t notice it with that mode not in use. Same with my Steam Deck game device. No noticeable latency either with it on or off, either for videos, or for actual games. If there is one big selling point for these earbuds it is that they do have very good battery life and because they are so low priced, if you lose them you won’t be losing a very expensive set. They are rated at 7.5 hours on a full charge, and I am pretty sure I got at least this much out of them before they needed to be put back in the charging case. Overall, I would say these might be a good option for someone who might lose earbuds or similar small sized items, but look elsewhere if you want sound quality. There is no equalizer, just 3 settings they refer to as normal, clear, and bass.

Big sound small package - not for gaming

JVC marshmallows sound nice and are comfortable for the price. Box advertises gaming use and boasts bluetooth v5.3. Deff still audio lag when using for gaming, about 1/10sec latency, only slightly noticeable, but evident nonetheless.

I bought these because I thought I loss my previous earbuds. I will keep them because they will be a good back up. Sound is good in these earbuds. They are sensitive to touch, so even if your finger brushes pass them your call or music will turn off or do something else. Besides that, everything else ok.

At this price point probably one of the better sounding and feature rich products. If you could spend a little more you could get much better quality sound from the Jaybirds in my opinion.

I had to return the 1st set i purchased due to static and connectivity issues. I returned it and replaced it with the same model. After approximately 20 to 30 minutes of use connectivity and static interfaces arise. I've purchased J-Lab earbuds for less and there's really no comparison. JVC earbuds cist more and have proven to be inefficient.

GOOD - Affordable price - Low latency - Charging case BAD - Clumsy controls - Poor audio quality - No noise canceling - Short connective range DETAILS The A18T buds are a step down from the A30T earbuds. Going by the box, it would appear the only difference is the lack of active noise canceling on the A18Ts. Both have a low-latency mode that does a good job eliminating the audio lag full wireless earbuds are known for. Unfortunately this low-latency mode has to be specially activated, it's not on by default, and it's easy to miss that note in the printed instructions. Both also come with a carrying case that doubles as a mobile charge bank. And both suffer from a shorter than average range where they'll stay connected to the audio source ( while other Bluetooth headphones have no problem staying connected over 30 feet away, the A18T has trouble past 15 feet, or even just leaving the room ). But the A18Ts also have much worse audio quality. At lower volume levels, the A18T has noticeable static and buzzing. Maybe something about the ANC on the A30T set helped keep the audio cleaner. The controls on the A18T also leave a lot to be desired. To be fair, the touch interface on the A30T wasn't all that great either as it didn't have next/previous track control. The A18T does, but it uses a combination of single, double, triple, and quadruple taps that are quite sensitive in the timing. Multiple taps done too quickly won't register, and doing them too slow will register as a different command. With practice you can learn the timing better, but it's pretty frustrating for the most part. For around $50, I'd say they're par for the course. Audio quality and controls aren't great, but you do get full wireless earbuds and a travel charging case, and the low-latency mode does work as advertised. I'd say 2.5/5 stars if that was allowed, so I'll round up to three. But the A30T buds are well worth the extra money over these.
