So far very happy with purchase. I have owned about 1 month and the picture is beautiful. However, looking into a a sound bar and sound quality could be better.

The ambience feature doesn’t allow you to use one particular picture and is constantly scrolling. For instance, the one we picked was a fireplace and we wanted that in the background, but it kept scrolling through different things standby or at rest screen can’t be customized and is always some stupid red dots. Quality of the television and the OLED system is incredible.

I recently upgraded to the Samsung S90D 77" OLED TV, and it’s been an incredible experience so far. This TV strikes a great balance between cutting-edge performance and sleek design. Picture Quality The QD-OLED panel delivers stunning visuals. Colors are vibrant, blacks are truly deep, and the contrast is exceptional. Whether I’m watching movies, sports, or gaming, the clarity and richness of the image are consistently impressive—even in brighter rooms. Smart Features The Tizen OS is packed with apps and features, including cloud gaming and voice control. It’s not the fastest interface out there, but it’s intuitive and gets the job done. I do wish it supported Dolby Vision, but HDR10+ still looks fantastic. Sound & Design The built-in speakers are decent, but I paired it with a soundbar for a more immersive experience. The TV itself looks sleek and modern, with a slim profile and a sturdy pedestal stand that fits well in my setup. Minor Drawbacks • No Dolby Vision support • Tizen OS can be a bit sluggish at times • No ATSC 3.0 tuner for future-proofing over-the-air broadcasts Verdict If you’re looking for a premium OLED experience without going all the way to flagship pricing, the Samsung S90D 77" is a fantastic choice. It’s perfect for movie lovers, gamers, and anyone who wants top-tier visuals in a stylish package.

The Image quality is bar none. Specially after calibration. The colors are vibrant and accurate. The Tizen OS not nearly as nimble as Goggle. The biggest fault of this TV is quality control. The TV died after 5 weeks. The problem that is well documented with countless internet complains on every forum were people reported their TV ding between few weeks to a few months and the culprit is the power supply board that fails, it is a manufacturer fault they did not provided the proper Power supply board so it is a lottery on the S90D and the S95D specially on the 77 inch models. It is a shame because other wise no other TV can surpass the picture quality.

We are using this connected to Starlink so some of the programs aren’t as clear as the 4K we expected. I suspect it’s due to slow feeds. The tv works great and is bright all times of the day (night, bright sunlight, and everything in between).

Product is a good value for the sales price. One concern is the volume of sound has a bit of a delay.

Man this tv is truly amazing! Colors, picture quality and brightness plus when you pair with the Samsung surround sound with the subwoofer it makes watching movies incredibly, my only problem is that cheap looking remote and the fact it isn’t backlit will be my only complaint

Picture is incredible but after 3 weeks of use would not turn on. I returned and I'm on my second tv. I'm trying to be optimistic.

tv, shows good picture. The refresh rate is not as fast. But it does show a HD QUILTY. The gameing quilty shows well. the price is a bit higher. But its a good tv. Not sure how it shows a live local sporting event yet. The local tv stations shows about the same as my UHD CRYSTAL , 4K ,tv.

TV quit powering on 16 days after delivery and install by Best Buy. Best Buy was absolutely no help In resolving bricked TV when contacted. All they would say is I should have purchased their extended warranty which I was not even offered. Samsung did respond and repair TV under their 1 year warranty, Best Buy did not even mention Samsung Warranty.

I love this TV, the picture is amazing. I did have two separate power supplies blow a fuse after less than two months of use each, but they were covered by the Samsung warranty. After the latest replacement, an “upgraded” power supply was installed and it’s lasted to the three month mark

Fantastic picture quality. Wish it had Dolby Vision support. OS is obnoxious and I wish they sold these without the "smart" aspect so I could just use my own streaming box.

Great picture. But my first one died of power failure in 2 weeks

In perfect working order - sounds and looks phenomenal. Only small issue - I am used to a plastic covering/screen protectant that peels off... there was none and the screen itself has very minor scratches, likely from delivery. The scratches are not visible when viewing, but still something of note.

Great picture, my only complaint is that the Ambient feature for adding my own photos via My Album on the SmartThings app is not present. I’ve read this is disabled on OLED models to avoid LED burn in. The Owners Manual describes the feature and how to use it but the described menu options are not present. Very misleading product description.

Great picture - Even better on streaming. Direct TV signal is not high enough resolution to fully enjoy the features. Would have been 5 stars however the tv did not power on after 60 days. Support was great and came out and fixed it however I saved and purchased this for 2024 NFL football season and ended up missing 5 weeks.

The picture is amazing. There’s was an electrical for the first few weeks of using it where the tv would randomly turn off. A tech did come out and fixed the issue eventually. Personally I do not like the layout of the settings.

This Samsung S90D is a great product. With vivid colors, excellent brightness, and clarity from all angles, it's an enjoyment to watch for hours.

would be 5 stars but the first one was damaged and it had to be sent back. The new one came and installed and is great. Did a lot of research to find a 4k tv that would work well in our bright daytime living room. This fits the bill.
