We are very happy with this HD TV color,image,size, and sound.we recommended this item but unfortunately the customer service at Best Buys wasn't good at all in all areas

I had an old Sony that I was happy with, but it was wearing out. I purchased this TV and have had it for about a month. It was easy to set up, and the picture is clear, color is good. I am happy to have the SMART TV features so that I can watch Hulu, listen to Pandora, etc. without switching to my Blueray. Very satisfied.

PROS: Exceptional picture quality, loves to see 4K videos really crystal clear in LED TV cost. CONS: little bit weird remote control not designed aesthetically, specially when you use for APPs return button and up/down/right/left buttons are very close. But all are forgiven for best in class picture engine and screen colors

This is the fifth Sony TV that I have purchased in the last 20+ years. As always, the picture is crisp and the color is right on. The price was competitive or better than Samsung, Visio and LG. It pays to do your research and watch for Best Buy specials on their wide range of products.

The 40" SONY smart TV is very nice. Great color, loaded with extras that I wasn't aware of in the store. Only thing I don't like is the remote control. For some reason they thought it would be a good idea to put channel and volume controls at the very bottom - almost need two hands to use it.... but, it is a wonderful picture!

The Geek Squad set up my new Smart TV, explained it, and it was easy to operate. The picture is clear, the colors vibrant, and the 40" screen perfect for my needs. A big plus is it has many programs like Amazon, Sirius XM, and NETFLIX built right in. I love it.

Had to find a TV that would fit within a spot in my bookcase. This one did. Picture quality is excellent, especially the color. Sound is good given the speakers. Was easy to set up and use. Very pleased.

What a pleasant surprise! This was recommended by a store staff member and I never considered this in my list of possibilities. Like the smart tv features and its wrlss card is for both 2.4 and 5.0ghz. It is synced up with my sony surround receiver and did so automatically. it will turn on or switch automatically to the input on the sony dn850 when I turn on any device hooked up to the receiver and will switch to the surround system speakers, bypassing the tv spkrs, . Colors POP and plenty of adjustments and settings. Excellent picture and I am very happy with it. Hooked right up to my wrlss network. Samsung was out of the running because it can sometimes be difficult hooking up to Comcast wireless networks without changing port settings, security, etc. and calling in to Comcast wrlss support. Wonderful tv.

Very pleased with quality of television. Using it for spare bedroom. Great size for use. Bright colors, clean and crisp. I always expect a quality product from Sony and they always deliver. Paired it with Sony soundbar, sounds great!

Great quality, and very easy to set-up. Slim frame makes for a non intrusive, wall mounted design. Color and sound are good as well.

This Smart TV has a great picture and lifelike color. It was easy to set up with my wifi and you can stream tons of apps very easily.

The picture quality is simply amazing. The colors are vivid, images are sharp, and the black levels are just right. The picture doesn't degrade when viewed from an angle as other TVs tend to do. The speakers produce good mid range sound, but I would recommend running audio through a system with a solid subwoofer if you want theater quality bass.

The Sony Bravia 40" has good clarity and color, sharp image and the sound is better than I thought it would be. Quite pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to others thinking about buying one.

This is it, this is the one you should buy. It has awesome color, contrast, and clarity. Perfect TV for a small space like an apartment or a bedroom. The built in playstation games are an awesome bonus. Sound quality is slightly above average, although I would use an external audio solution if you can.

I read many reviews on many models and brands, but Sony has always been a brand I trust. The image comparison in stores proved the best quality picture. Color is sharp and bright. I do not have home internet, so the Smart tv is not a feature I get to test out.

TV works well with HD cable box, PC, Netgear Readyshare and other inputs. This model has good color, sound, easy setup. The price was right and we've had good experiences with Sony Products . 5G Wifi connection needs to be reset fairly often, this could be due to WPA2 encryption on our network otherwise works well with no lag. A firmware update might resolve this issue.

This is a great bedroom television. It has an excellent picture, beautiful color, and I love having a netflix button. I would definitely recommend purchasing this high quality TV. One thing I would suggest though is buying a sound bar with it.

Amazing features. Quick access to online gaming, veiwing videos from my computer and watching greats movies. Color is great. I would recommend this product to a friend or stranger.

Excellent Picture and Color, worth the price paid, enjoy viewing. Have owned several Sony TV's over the years and have had no problems, and I expect this one will do the same.

This product has been one of the greatest purchases I have made. You have great picture quality at all angles. The colors are vibrant and breath taking. I truly recommend this item for hard core gamers and movie enthusiasts.
