After a few months white lines started showing up on left side of the screen and it will randomly freeze up or lag really bad when using apps

TV is built fine. Picture is decent out of the box without any tweaking. Unfortunately, there is a lot of stuttering in the picture whenever streaking high fidelity content, and it also makes playing video games (I used an Xbox Series X) at 60fps intolerable. While playing Destiny 2, the picture would constantly freeze while playing. I even tried dropping to 30fps, and while it solved most of the issue, there was some freezing/stuttering still present. Also, in low ambient light, the backlight bleeds from the sides of the screen.

Its big, which is great but i have a lot of thumbs down . Honestly only 2 thumbs up. Price is one, size is other. Now the down There is not a power button, or volume or channel on the tv itself. Ive never seen a tv without manual button on the tv. If you ever need to do a reset, youll need to pulll power cord off outlet. The tv get frozen when it updates, wont tell you anything just freezes and takes 2-5 minutes. Then works normal The led lighting configuration is not good. You have some light tones on left and right side. Led's dont block out light and give decent dark. The remote control is really cheaply designed. Even for the regular price i personally think it should have numbers on it The sound pairing with a sound bar is not good. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. The sound ARC feature isnt compatible with my sony Overall it works but in my opinion wait foena better sale or dont Buy anything related to amazon fire tv or this toshiba model. Toshiba once stood for something, sadly now it doest

Picture quality is light years ahead of the 12 year old, 1080p it replaced. My expectations were high and the TV met them. It's not the most amazing display, but I didn't post for the most amazing, so I'm happy. What I don't car for is the Fire TV integration. It complicates the experience and requires Internet searches to set the TV how I expect it to work. The included guide was not sufficient for these changes. As the title reads, I'm old. I'm set in my expectations of how a TV should work and now I know a Fire TV or Google TV or probably any modern TV built for streaming will be a let down. I do have this hooked up through an AV receiver so I can't comment on the sound as I don't use it. For the price, and picture quality, this TV can't be beat!

The picture quality of this Toshiba is great however, The Fire Tv portion is very basic, you would think with a brand such as Toshiba the Fire TV would have been Fire TV Max, a lot of the apps in the app store are not compatible such as Xbox cloud gaming, which was a shocker to me because I can get it on my fire stick 4K max. It freezes at times, either switching apps or movies. I consider this TV just real estate for other devices such as Xbox, maybe another Fire TV stick, PlayStation. Picture quality itself flawless. I would only recommend this TV for the size and the picture quality the software portion is a no-go for me

The TV is fine. Its big and the picture is clear enough but if you watch anything that requires a fast refresh rate like sports dont buy this. The price is right but if I could do it over I’d fork over the extra $200 for a better model.

This TV has an issue with actually playing movies of some apps. Specifically BET Plus & Fandago at home. It has does adapt well to watching horror movies during the daytime in high natural lighting environments especially with Horror movies.

Very slow to turn on, it turns off and on by itself, it does very strange things. The sound is terrible, and when you use the remote control it takes a long time to respond to any action.

Just an fyi after the year warranty, that’s when it acts up so u can pay more money to either replace or fix it. Just like insignia

Meh. The picture is lacking, there is a light ring around the boarder of the screen. It is what it is for the price.

TV works fine, but my experience with Bestbuy has been daunting. I will never purchase a television or any other type of electronic from Bestbuy ever again. Ordered 3 televisions on Black Friday. All televisions were supposed to be delivered on the same day; just found out the last television wont be delivered until January 2025, and Bestbuy didn't even let me know. All televisions was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. No professionalism was given to the error; the company lacks communication.

Unfortunately I had a problem with this tv as soon as I received there was a dark line but best replaced for me

Great picture, but all of the HDMI ports have went out in less than 5 months.

This is a value for money TV. Display is 5/5 compared to it's price. However sound is not good at all. I would rate 2.5/5 for sound. Few times it was hanged/froze , not sure if it was a issue with the TV or fire TV remove. Had to restart it. Overall I am very happy with this TV looking at the price point. My overall rating will be 4/5.

TV is 5 ***** service is 0 star they set it up & left we turned it off for 30 min & wont go back on , went to to complain, they , said it’ll be a weak & didnt show ( yesterday )

The TV has to be unplugged after a couple days screen go black after a short period of time kind of crazy but i like the TV
