Item arrived damaged.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item arrived with flaws, a chunk of the caulking around the glass top is gone exposing the corner of the glass. Bottom drawer is flimsy and doesn’t look level. Hoping Best Buy resolves this quickly. I was directed to call the resolution center. We are really disappointed.

Disappointed Customer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased our Whirlpool electric range (model WFE525SOJS) on October 2020. Best Buy delivered it to our home on November 10, 2020. At this writing we have had the range about two years and five months. During that time, we had to have the range repaired twice. The first time happened within the warranty period of one year. The second time cost us $275. This is not indicative of a quality product. During the remodel of our kitchen, we replaced our 22-year-old GE range with this one. The GE never needed even one repair.
