Q: Why doesn’t my microwave work when I push my touch control buttons
A: Good question. Our was replaced shortly after installation. We tried all the recommended fixes. New door is better but getting worse. Also, light and fan turn on by themselves, even when we're not using the unit. Consumer Reports does not even rate Samsung, except to put it at the bottom of their reliability column. We've heard that it may be steam or heat from using the stove that causes the problem.
Q: CFM rating
A: This product moves 400 CFM of air.
