Q: loose handle on flex drawer
A: The response from Samsung to this issue was a somewhat partial answer. Tightening the screw under the handle that is only on the right side of the Flex Drawer handle will not tighten the handle unit itself in all situations. In my situation the left side screw actually fell out! What I had to do was first use an appropriate sized hex/allen wrench and actually loosen the small screw that is under the Flex Drawer handle on the right side. Then I was able to remove the entire handle. I had to do this because the folks that assembled this unit apparently did not have proper licensing to operate a phillips screwdriver and therefore both the left side and the right side screws were loose...the left side actually fell out! Once the handle was removed, I was able to tighten both screws (the left side and the right side) using a phillips screwdriver, slip the left side of the Flex Drawer handle onto the the left side connection of the handle, then place the right side of the Flex Drawer handle into the correct location and over the right side screw and only then would tightening the screw actually produce any positive results. Overall, we love our new appliances, all of which are Samsung! Hope this helps someone...

A: Thanks for the question. It isn't unusual for condensation to form on the surface between the doors of your French Door refrigerator when there is a lot of moisture and humidity in the air. To help reduce the condensation you can deactivate the Energy Saver feature on your RF31FMESBSR. When Energy Saver is off, the low-wattage heater between the doors is turned on, which helps to evaporate the condensation. - Ms. Samsung
