A: There is no much difference if you use it in cameras or computers. The only difference will be write speed, it will be written on the card 48mb/s and 80 mb/s. I dont see any other difference. Suggest not to waste money to get an expensive one, In this busy world hardly we use it.

If you'll be taking multiple shots in a second (holding down the shutter in a well lit location) then you'll need a faster card. If your shooting film, you'll need to go as hast as possible.
