It took a long time for the laptop to get started. I have not received the microsoft office software yet that was purchased with the laptop when purchased on January 22, 2019. There was difficulty with adding my printer. Received error messages that the drivers needed to be updated and a screen popped up to pay to update the printer drivers.

I bought this Hp laptop since HP is a good brand or so I thought. Unfortunally the laptop never worked properly for me. Extremely slow to the point where I had to return the computer. Very unhappy with my experience.

A great computer. A very reasonable price for great piece of electronic. Every thing was delivered in good condition nothing was damaged or broken.

easy to use very cost efficient loading speed is very fast

Save your money! Just had to buy a new Apple so I could be able to do anything timely!

Meets the purpose of my purchase. Havent encountered any problems yet. Satisfied.
