Can this be used if the washer and dryer are stacked together on top of it?

Is there a drawer divider included or not? Is that a hamper or are you to store your laundry detergent inside it to make spills easier to clean up? Pls show image of divider, as well as suggested usage of hamper. Who would store their hamper there?
