This is way too much money for what it is. Also, write the specs for inside. SOme people want to fit things in the drawers

I ordered 2 one month ago for washer and dryer. Best Buy for some unknown cancelled one before delivery and claimed I did. I had o reason to cancel one I was waiting on two. Then they told me I could reorder it. So I did. I had one delivered and is sitting in box waiting to be installed. The other is supposedly coming January 8th. I paid for both of these Nov11th and had asked them to verify it was in stock or I would not have ordered. I would love to know how the item is but that is still weeks away until I see it.

I haven’t received it yet. It’s been back ordered since November. I can’t get a straight answer from anyone at Best Buy as to the reason. It’s scheduled for delivery on April 20th, 2024. I have little hope. It will probably be rescheduled again.

I can’t review it because it hasn’t been delivered yet. I bought the washer in Nov 23 and the pedestal delivered with it was the wrong size. The pedestal was supposed to be delivered in January, then February, now March. I’m disappointed with Best Buy’s supply chain to say the least. I hope they eventually come thru.

We where very excited in buying a washer and dryer after spending several months in researching what we wanted. Me and my wife owned a LG for about 15!years so we went with another LG. Very upset customer waited a year to have all my packages finally delivery the pedestals that we ordered as well. No communication with designer are managers. Making payment for a year and no composition. Will be a while for doing business with Best Buy.

The dryer bottom was dented in on one side and the T-Clip couldn't be installed on the pedestal. One of the four T-Clips is missing from the pedestal parts package.
