Shipped with metal item inside that was making noise, had to take the back and shake the unit before retrieving a loose metal screw inside. This is poor quality control. Also, best buy web site lists that power cord is included but it was not shipped with the unit. Called support multiple times and they refused to ship the power cord, very poor customer service that if you can understand what they say due to their poor English command. I had a bad experience with Best buy after this purchase and I don't see them care about their customers no matter how many times you call.

While the dryer works beautifully and is easy to use, I'm somewhat surprised by how difficult it is to open and close the dryer door. You really have to push it to close and pull hard to open it, but other than that, it's relatively quiet, and lives up to the brand's standards.

The dryer dries fine but the door is difficult to open and close, and the vent is difficult to pull out and clean. Just design flaws.

The dryer isn’t quite what I thought it would be. And after taking measurements, the hose causes the dryer to stick out quite a bit. But it does dry well.

Easy to use and does it’s job well. Can run for specific times but I use the sensor and the load is dry without over drying. Holds a lot of clothes too. Just wish it had a buzzer to better alert when the load is done.

Just got the pair and this dryer just delivers the perfect clothes. Im very pleased with the quality. I can now wash and dry all our comforters without having to go to the laundry center.

This dryer works wonderfully. It has a very large capacity to hold lots of clothing or bulky bedding. It drys very well.
