The laptop itself is decent enough, however Best Buy didn't do a full clean on the previous data on the pc, so I have to myself. The battery life is not good, at all, either. Also, the bottom cover does not sit flush, and has a gap from warping. That is by far my biggest issue.

I bought a refurbished laptop because new ones are ridiculously expensive. It's more or less okay, it's just that the speakers don't work. I need this for work everyday so I can't exactly send it back to be fixed.

Bottom left corner of screen is dark. The rest of the screen is okay
