Was nothing like the description. Supposed to be touchscreen but it wasn't. Supposed to be 8 gb memories only only 4 gb was supposed to be 128 hd but inly 64. I returned the product and had to take to to send it back myself using my gas and time very unhappy!!!!

When I bought it, the specs were wrong. It was supposed to have 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, but it actually had 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Best Buy's website has since been updated, but returning it was a hassle. It took almost four weeks to get a refund after the returned product was received by the seller, and I had to follow up with the seller multiple times.

It took over a week before seller shipped. I contacted seller when order was placed to verify specs (128gb memory and 8gb ram). Seller said specs are correct. The item I received had 64gb memory and 4gb ram. Seller refused to do anything about it after several e-mails. Will be returning this item..BEWARE OF THIS SELLER

BEWARE - Bait and Switch. Acer had this listed as 15", Touch, 8GB RAM. I ordered it, but it came as non-touch and only 4GB of RAM. Even worse...? Acer tried to cover it up and CHANGED the listing AFTER it was delivered. Good thing I have screenshots.

I agree with all these statements above it was supposed to be 8 gigs and 120 gigs and we got four and 64 and that's not what we paid for everybody on the reviews are correct they sent out the wrong product but you paid for the other product

Acer gave a false description of the laptop, claiming it had a touch screen, 8GB RAM and 128 GB storage, which were all false. Then, after wasting hours of my time, their customer service played word games and refused to make it right. They won't even discuss what happened, just sticking to their screw you script.

We have confirmed that the CB315-4H-C0BR Chromebook does not have touch screen capability. This appears to be a typo on the BestBuy product page. If the product is not what you needed please contact Acer from the link on the product page for information on how to make your return.
