This device is really easy to setup, the zwave migration from a large alarm company was simple. make sure you release all your devices from the previous system first. it can connect with alexia, and the response is fast. we use a regular tablet as a smartthings remote to turn on and off the various lights and switches.

This is my third try with a smart home hub. Had two Veras and the Hubitat. Both suffered from very slow response times. So far this has been very fast. Easy to set up and flexible enough for my automation needs.

Quick delivery works great, easy set up. I replace a Smartthings hub with this one.

Exactly as described and easy to set up. Compact size takes up little space. Works well for my purposes.

This set has made our wifi dead zones come alive. If you have where service drops or is poor this will work for you. They have a low profile so I don’t have to find a place for a bulky wifi extender. Helps with upstairs devices. Pretty much plug and play.

Great hub, compatibility is ok, some devices do not work due to drivers being out of date, and the hub was unable to upgrade them. I ended up returning some of the devices due to that reason. Another issue: can not arm/disarm ADT Pulse alarm system.

Was hard to find at normal cost without markup, very much worth it

Samsung smartthings hub has finally returned, with a new name. I love these hubs. They are reliable and have had no issues with an older one I’ve had for several years. Although, they did raise the price since they took over from Samsung so I have to ding it a little on value.

Very good replacement for the discontinued Samsung hub. Works with all my already installed Samsung devices

I purchased the Aeotec Smart Things in order to make my Schlage Door Lock operate via Alexa. It was easy to install but since I’m not that techie, I encountered a problem when I was trying to get it to operate correctly. So a quick call to their Customer Service got it all straightened out. Their Customer Service agent was wonderful. The gentleman walked me through the process and explained everything to me. To top it off, he even spoke English!

I like the app for Apple. I like the selection of devices to connect to. The setup triggers don't have many choices which makes a smart incomplete.

Provided the necessary hub for the Smart Things App to enable my Schlage Connect Lock to function wirelessly. Has been working without any flaws. Easy to setup.

Got a new hub for our new house. I have been using smart things for years so we were able to integrate all our stuff with this hub and also apple HomeKit

Easy to connect. No issues connecting to my network. Difficult to connect to z-wave light switches.

This hub is wonderful it is easy to set up and connect to your smart devices to control them.

Works all right for now. It took an email or two in order to get the door locks to connect to it though.

Works great. Allows for much more customization on routines/automations than Alexa or Google alone!
