Worst game ever played to much glitchs bad combat fight very hard puzzle same enemies

Review is for Best Buy's service of the game, NOT the game itself. Game is 4/5 All editions of Alone in the Dark preorder get a bonus code for the original character skins. Best Buy did not provide this code. When asked about it, they said no code exists, we don't know what you're talking about. You need to call Sony. When I told them Sony didn't publish it, their response was "They'll know who did" Disgusting service. 27 year customer done

Was a day late disappointed had plans. No reimbursement

The game was not Scary it was glitchy and the story fell flat
