I had nothing but problems from The Alurateck Frame. The first thing it continued to do was stop being able to send pictures from my phone.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Digital frame won't connect to WIFI. NO tech support. I called Aluratek tech support and left a message for a call back. They sent me a GROUP text message with 19 other people. My phone is blowing up with responses to that text. So in addition to non existent customer service for a product that won't work, I am dealing with all those worthless texts.

This frame will not play the photos unless you want to keep playing and viewing from your iPhone , the app must be installed on your phone then download from the phone and send to the frame it’s dysfunctional

Boooo! This thing only worked at first. After a week it wouldn’t let me send anymore pictures or add users. It wouldn’t even let me reset to factory settings. I returned it back to Best Buy with all my personal photos. The pictures that you upload don’t even show in full screen, it has borders and doesn’t use up entire screen. This sucks. Maybe try a different brand.

Total piece of crap. Didn’t work out of the box. Tried to work with customer service to get it working but no luck. It was a gift so my wife didn’t get it right away and after going back and forth with support it’s now past the ridiculous 15 day return window so Best Buy gave us the finger and now we’re in a big circle jerk with the manufacturer. Guess I’ll stick with Amazon in the future. Good riddance Best Buy.

It was a disappointment. The phone app wifi system to download photos did notwork well. Customer support did not answer with appropriate instructions. Everytime I turned it off or disconnnected the power source, I had to start all over. It finally died. returned it.

Terrible picture frame. The app you’re supposed to install hasn’t been updated in literally 3 years and has a 1.5 star rating. I bought this present for my grandmother a month ago and won’t be able to return it. Save yourself $100.

Micro SD card does not lock into slot. Set up is confusing and not user friendly. No back-up power supply. Must be plugged in to maintain settings. It may have merit. But not for me.

Bought as a Christmas present for a close friend and finally went to install pictures on it and.....it won't even power on. Fortunately, within return window so I've initiated an exchange, but having read some of the 1* reviews, I think I should just consider a refund.

Spent hours and I mean HOURS trying to get this to work. Sent photos in the program download to the phone. Program shows that it was linked but no photos ever showed. Tried this several times. Tried the set up process again but it wouldn’t set up again because it was already linked. Contacted customer support at Best Buy and he was about as useless as … on a boar, he just sent me the manufacturer link to the set up instructions. This was a Christmas gift to my parents (in their 80‘s) as they don’t live near by and we were there to assist them with the set up and select favorite family photos to load. This was a complete waste of time. I returned the unit.

Was desperate for a birthday present for my MIL, and this was the only wifi frame in the store. Set up was a terrible process, and once it was "functioning", it wouldn't go through a few pics before freeing. We ended up not giving it to her, and I put it off to the side for a week. Went into my BB account to start a return, and the window was closed. So now I am stuck with it. A word of advice- spend the money and go with a better brand!

I was not a fan of this device. The setup process was poor, and the device was only reaching out to Chinese servers.

Unfortunately this frame was not good at all. It zoomed in all photos and videos and made them extremely pixalated. I would not recommend!

This was a decent digital frame for a little over a month and then suddenly we could no longer upload pictures to it using USB or online through the App. We contacted Aluratek support, they wasted about 30 minutes of our time and placated us until we gave up. We got this for my 91 year old father who is in a nursing home so he wouldn’t feel lonely when we weren’t around. Now he’s stuck with the same photos we put on it during the first month we were able to actually use it.
