The actual device works as intended but their app is garbage. The main selling point for me was that app so uploading photos would be easy. The app won't take certain photos for no reason and we spent over an hour troubleshooting it. If you use a usb it works alright, device works pretty slow even with that.

Unfortunately we returned this item originally purchased for my mom's birthday because we could not get it to connect to WiFi or the app which is the main complaint from other reviews. If we were having trouble with it this much, an 84 year old lady is definitely not going to know how to troubleshoot it.

if its for an eldery person or someone who dont care about good pictuer quality then its okay but the resoloution is way too low it downscales it super bad and feel like setings or UI layout can be better

Not fully pleased. You think your picture will be in full frame whether it was a portrait or landscape view, but it doesn't work that way (that I can find). My pictures end up cropped on almost every frame and I can barely see them; then others are full frame and look great. I'm happy to display them regardless.

The product itself is great, but don't waste your time and money buying from Best Buy, even though if you have to spend a little higger price anywhere else, please do it. Best buy had the worst customer service and response.

Getting photos onto it shouldn't be such production. No, I don't want to set up an acccount, no, I don't want to download an app. Just make it a simple file transfer.

It simply won't pick up our wifi no matter what I try. I mean good lord how complicated can it be.

Frame was great for my office. Uploading pictures was a little tedious but not too bad. After about 8 months, the frame started showing a blank screen, and even holding down the reset button did not help. Doesn't make one confident in their product since this is clearly a software issue. Frame will be going back to customer support for a replacement.

Hard to set up and add photos, We purchased 2 for gifts and both had problems setting them up. I have owned one in the past and it was much easier to add photos

Frame is OK, however, the APP is terrible. No ability to see what has been uploaded to the frame and will duplicate photos. You cannot see what others have sent to the frame.

Difficult to set up and send photos to the frame. There is a huge lag between sending the photos and a successful upload to the frame. Hours and sometimes days. The quality of the display is pretty good and once the photos get to the frame they are displayed well.

I gave it to my dad for Christmas. When we opened it, the screen was hanging to one side. It had detached from the frame and crooked, leaving a gap which was impossible to adjust. Went to the store and exchanged it, came home, SAME thing on the same spot the frame had detached from the screen and a hole in the corner showing the inside. Returned it. Definitely some quality control issue

It's a good frame but it's stupid there is no power button. It has to be plugged in all the time. That is bad design especially at that price
