I love having a digital picture frame! But to get the pictures on it is not very easy. I'm used to opening a new electronic item and quickly figuring out what to do with it, this took a week! The pictures look great in it though. Another thing is it's not battery operated, it needs to be plugged in. It can sit portrait or landscape, which is nice.

Not easy to set up and use hard to connect WiFi won’t work without WiFi

The picture clarity is great, but the URB input makes it difficult to put a drive in and keep it flush to the wall, and it has already frozen up a couple times in rotating through no more than 50 photos.

The display is very good, but the instructions are not. I had to work hard to figure out how to get pictures loaded into the frame. I still do not know how to move pictures into separate folders so the sequential display can be focused. I would have liked to have a battery available to make the frame more portable. It is easy to use when an outlet is handy.

This is a nice frame, no doubt about it. It's my first digital frame. If I was to buy another, it would be rechargeable or battery operated, as it's difficult to sit with my Dad at a nursing home next to a power outlet! My second, and most concerning, issue is the way it "reads" photo names. There is an option to read by name or date. Date isn't an option, as the photos were not saved in sequence. So, I named all the photos. A1 -A410. It puts A2 and A20 with A200, rather than A1, A2, A3, A4. Very frustrating! I'm going to "rename" my thousand photos using the dictionary, starting with what? Aardvark, aargh, etc. I like the USB drive option. Makes it easy. Trying to get it display photos sequentially is frustrating! And, to me it is important, because Dad has dementia, so I'm trying to help him re-live/re-call his life's adventures.

.Great display. Colors bright. instructions were not that great and then having to watch YOUTUBE videos to set up properly were disappointing.

The set up on this thing felt like way more work than it needed to be. I figured it would be as easy as plugging my phone up to it and importing all my pictures, it's not that simple. I also wish the pictures automatically adjusted to fit the full sized screen mode. It looks better when the whole screen it filled, but if your photo doesn't fit the dimensions than you might have a head cropped out in a picture here or there. Overall I really like the product, but there is a learning curve to getting things up and running.

I definitely was not expecting to love the look of the frame as much as I do - it gets a lot of attention from guests and the image quality is pretty great. I do think there could be more information about the calendar feature & wish there were more features all the way around, but it was on sale so I'll take it.

It has a lot of features I wasn’t expecting like music, calendar, and an alarm. However, I wish I could get the pictures to size correctly or auto fit to the frame. Not easy to set slideshow order

Not able to connect to their app. As they instructed. After $40. Of buying more compatible equipment , we made it work.

I enjoyed setting up the device. Software on the frame is easy to use. USB port and SD card slot are great additions and provide options for loading photos. The mobile app experience is poor, especially compared to Aura. My biggest complaint is poor picture quality. Colors are often washed out. Images look flat, with poor color range. Poor dynamic range between shadows and highlights, meaning photos often look over or underexposed. Over all I would not recommend the frame at full price. If you can get a deal on it and you need something with onboard storage, it may be worth it. Otherwise go with Aura.

It was fine. Essentially a basic tablet. It worked well, had a timer and a motion sensor. It had the option of device storage or an SD card. I would have like for it to just automatically sync with my Google Photos, so the photos would stay up to date, but I don't believe that it had that setting, or at least I never figured out how to set it up. It fell of a table face down and the screen shattered, rendering it unusable. So, the glass is not very strong, and the rest of the build was pretty fragile, too. I barely got to use it 1 year.

Product works well, but the phone app to upload pictures is a bit confusing to work with when uploading multiple batches of pics.

Nice frame, but not intuitive to use, kind of a hassle to get pictures into system

These frames are a great gift to oneself or friends. What could of been 10 different picture frames on your wall could easily be changed to just a few pictures frames alternating pictures. You can even seperate them by wedding frames to show inly wedding pictures. Seasonal frames pertaining to nice summer moments, winter moments, etc. extremely versatile and also turn off when no motion is sensed as well as turning on when people walk by. Overall great purchase but the price is a bit costly.

It’s just an okay product overall. The price I paid didn’t quite match the quality of the frame. The kickstand it has for setting it on a flat surface (instead of hanging it on a wall) isn’t very sturdy. I also did not like that it doesn’t have the capability to automatically crop photos to focus on the subject, when you set it to display more than one photo at a time it cuts heads off and doesn’t display the best portion of the photo. It would’ve have also been nice to have music playing at the same time the photo display is on.

I wish it was more dedicated to just being a nice digital frame. Its sound system isn’t good and the sounds aren’t harmonious. The switch between pictures doesn’t look smooth and the default settings for the display don’t look good. This is fine for someone with a bit of technical knowledge so they can get picture ratios and sizing right, but my mum would’ve been very confused if she had to set it up.
