We were deceived by the store display. Bummer. We are very disappointed with this product. The store display and video says it is easy to connect and install. That is untrue and deceptive Best buy and Amazon fail to mention that this product will not work on older cars. Our cars are 15, 20 and 25 years old. We don't have any way to connect this to our current car radios. Our cars have no Bluetooth or plug in adapter that they mention in the instructions. If you dont have a newer automobile this product will not work. We will be returning these immediately.
