Hi DSDxp! While the Echo Show 21 isn't listed with VESA measurements, it appears customers online have had success with 100mm x 100mm mounts along with M4 screws. This was posted about the Show 15 in particular, but as the mounts are the same for the 21 and 15 this should work just fine for your purposes. The Premium Adjustable Stand measures at 14" H, but attaches to the midpoint of the device, so it only adds a few inches to the overall height.
