I got this to power a modem in the event of a power outage so I could could make a few phone calls to check with the power company. I believe it lasted barely 2 hours and one phone call.

Thank you for taking the time to review our UPS. You are correct that this unit doesn't have an user replaceable battery in the unit. The reasoning is that is usually more cost effective to replace the UPS which would come with a new battery in it. With a new UPS you would get a 3 year factory warranty on the unit as well. With just replacing the battery you would only get a 1 year warranty on the internal battery. If you are still interested in have an user replaceable battery please check out the BN650M1. I was excited to have a functioning UPS for my home office. It kicked in like it should when I cut the power. I was running two 28" 4K computer monitors, a laptop and a docking station. Unfortunately, the charge lasted approximately 20 minutes. Upon reading the longevity graph on the website, this is on par for the load that I was putting on it. I would caution anyone trying to use this as a solution for multiple devices, especially large, energy consuming monitors. The good news is that it lasted long enough for me gracefully save open items and shut things down gracefully. Just know that it will not provide a lot of time for a full setup like what I am running. If you need something to maintain for a longer period of time, you will want to look for a larger system. It works as advertised though.
