Been wanting a new iPad for me & my family to use at home. Mostly for watching movies, YouTube, and internet browsing. I loved the blue color way and design of this iPad. Overall, it’s very handy and compact. Bought a case for it that fits perfectly with the iPad. Screen quality wise - it’s okay. Watching 4K HDR movies on the Apple TV app is okay. They’re still shown with 4K HDR & Dolby Vision. But the black bars for wide screen movies are too big !! Makes the movie presentation look really small; almost like watching on a regular smart phone only even wider. I can’t stand it! Might as well be watching on my Apple TV on a regular TV. I find myself zooming in sometimes just to kind of make up for the space occupied by the black bars, but that defeats a director’s purpose for their films , makes the film seem unnatural and missing key elements in a scene. :( hope Apple can fix this in the coming years. Sound quality wise -the Apple TV app’s volume seems a bit faint compared to the louder and boomy audio on Vudu & Movies Anywhere apps for streaming & downloaded films. Also I do wish this iPad offered the old earphone jack or the latest charger/earphone jack that most iPhones today support. I am using airpods & my Bluetooth Sony headphones for now. Overall , I do love this device. It’s fun & addicting for the whole family and it can be bought anywhere :)

I bought my iPad when it was on sale, so it was a really good deal. I paid the same for a new 5th gen air as I would have for a refurbished 4th air from Apple. This is my first time owning an iPad, so it’s taking some getting used to. But overall I really like it and it’s a good product. The tablet is super thing and lightweight. To the point that it has made other tablets feel really bulky and heavy to me now. Even with a case on I’m worried about damaging it. It just seems really delicate and fragile. It has a very good battery life, and if it dies once you plug it in it’ll turn back on immediately, so no waiting. I also bought the 2nd gen Apple Pencil to use with procreate. I’m still learning how to use it, but so far I’m satisfied with that as well. My only complaint with it really is that the pencil sucks up the iPads battery like crazy. Also, I ordered it online for pickup in-store, and the employee who went and got my iPad wasn’t rude, but she was really aggressive with it and kind of slamming the box around. And the iPads aren’t very well protected in the box.

As a university student studying music, I find this iPad ideal for taking notes and reading sheet music. The M1 processor provides more than ample speed for what I need. The battery life lasts virtually all day, however keep in mind that I don't use my iPad for gaming or viewing YouTube. Regarding durability, I suggest purchasing a screen protector or a case for it, as I'm not entirely sure if it would be okay without one. Overall, this device is great, and I highly recommend it!

I’ve had this for two weeks. I got it for school to take notes. I got a third party pen which works really well. The battery life is good as I can go for an entire day without needing to charge. It is also really fast. I highly recommend this for anyone who is in school and needs to take notes.

Bought "Open box - Excellent". Pristine condition, couldn't tell it wasn't new. However, it didn't come with the charger or box, despite what the description says. Great screen and very fast, would buy again!

Very awesome tablet. Works quite well as far as processor speed and I definitely enjoy the fact that it is an extension of my cellphone. One less star is because I think the camera quality could be slightly better.

I got the purple color & the color showed online isn’t the same as in person. The iPad works wonderfully though. Does not have Face ID which I found weird nor does it have a back flash. The older iPads have face recognition curious why this one doesn’t. Overall 7/10 definitely a great investment though. It also has 4 speakers which I love, but it does not come with a silenced ringer button which I don’t like. I can’t figure out how to silence the sounds on here so I just put it on dnd lol

Taking notes and organizing is so much easier! I don’t need carry different folders or notebooks for each subject when everything is on this device! I also have my textbooks stored on my iPad so they are accessible anywhere I go and there is no need to carry many textbooks! It is also very easy to share documents to my phone and macbook as well!

The product is amazing, as with all Apple Products, and I got it on a good sale at $499 (I recommend buying it when it's on sale - Best Buy occasionally has it on sale). The reason for four stars, and my issue, is because out of the box it came with a mark indented on the back - that is common with Apple products lately and not quite a Best Buy issue but overall Apple needs better quality control.

This Ipad is great but over heats. When use for more than 30mins it starts getting hot. I have the starlight color at first but had to return it do to overeating and bestbuy kindly replaced it and have no choice but to get a different color. Then again even the replacement overheats

I love the I pad. Very useful for everything especially with the Apple Pencil. Good for work or school use. The battery is good, could probably last all day before having to charge it again. If you charge it and don’t use it it’ll last like a whole week or a couple of days.

My first iPad, works pretty well runs fast not laggy. Touch ID can be a little tedious sometimes. Other than that it’s great over all.

The is the best iPad I’ve bought. It’s perfect. I can spend almost about a week (give or take) without having to charge it. Perfect for traveling, and studying. 10/10!

My Grandson loves his IPad Air, hes used to seeinh everything on his IPhone! Battery life seems to be good.
