At first, my experience with Best Buy was very frustrating. I was given the wrong device, it was used, and it was set up incorrectly as Wi-Fi only. Customer service over the phone gave me the runaround, and when I went in person, the Geek Squad made things worse and ended up voiding my iPad. I returned the next day and spoke directly with a manager, and that completely changed everything. The manager listened, corrected all the issues, made sure I received the correct device in the right color, and even discounted the price for the inconvenience. Because of how the manager handled the situation, I’m now very pleased with the outcome. Mistakes do happen, but what matters is that they made it right. I truly hope to receive the gift card, not just because of the experience, but because I genuinely enjoy shopping at Best Buy and would love the opportunity to shop again. Being able to use it toward something I really want and just pay the difference would help me a lot — $400 would make a huge difference. I appreciate the resolution and will shop at Best Buy again.

I bought this item in the condition: Open box: As New, but there are noneraseable scraches and burn marks on the screen. Best Buy did a horrible job of evaluating the condition of this item. I kept it since I need this item, but will NEVER buy open box items from Best Buy again

The expensive item was NEVER delivered and Best Buy did NOTHING to help! The third party delivery driver from roadie took an extremely dark picture of the wrong house from inside his car with no package in sight. He’s a thief and best busy is no better.

I’ve had so many issues with this device since I got it, I had to get a replacement and I’ve been to back to geek squad 4 times in 2 months since purchasing. I no longer want this, it’s not worth the hassle , shut it’s self down and won’t allow me to do anything with it

I brought an iPad here and in 2 days it started glitching without no damaged I tried exchanging it they said there was no way they could possibly fix it and told me to go to Apple instead.

The worst experience with Best Buy I ordered this iPad and it never arrived I filed a police report I did everything they asked me and they still didn't answer me I don't buy with them again I don't recommend it at all

Returning. Bought to gift. These people put an adhesive label directly on the apple box. They also write some sort of code on the apple box on one end huge numbers. To top it off they mail it in a box 3 times it's size with little packing material so the edge of the box is damaged.

Do NOT buy from Bestbuy and get anything shipped. I ordered a great iPad and their third party shipper ROADIE stole my package. They came to my house and told us that I couldn’t get my package because he had no internet to mark delivered on my package. So he took it and I haven’t had an update on my order since. The tracking hasn’t moved and it just says in progress Best Buy will not replace or refund my item and roadie will not answer phone. Even Best Buy customer service said they don’t know where it is either. This is so irresponsible for them to hiring randoms to do jobs for a used to be reputable company.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. I purchased this iPad for myself, on April 17. I get tracking and it is delivered April 18! I'm excited, right? I grab the box within MINUTES (I have copies of time stamped delivery and phone calls), it feels super light.. I open it and inside is an iPad box sealed, I open this still worried that it's so light. The iPad box is EMPTY! I am on the verge of tears, I call best buy immediately within minutes of opening the empty box. I finally get through to a real person, I tell them what happened and I get transferred to another person. I tell the same story, I am asked to return the empty box to best buy and a replacement will be sent to me that same week.. I return the empty box with a typed note explaining this was sent to me empty and please refer to my account. My order was never replaced and I never got a refund. I called almost every other day, multiple times during the next few weeks. Imagine my surprise when I got home from work 2 weeks later and that same empty box is thrown in my driveway, with a typed letter claiming I sent an empty box so I will not be getting a replacement or refund. I called best buy SO MANY TIMES. A week a later, I am asked to get a police report. I do that and call them with the police report number and they claim they will "investigate." They then send me an email claiming they investigated and will not help me further. I am fuming at this point, a billion dollar corporation refuses to help out a $320 order that they completely screwed up to begin with. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! BUYER BEWARE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! They stole from me.

I was sent an apple ipad that was activation locked. was unable to do anything with it bc the first thing you have to do is REMOVE your apple ID before turning in a device and the person who returned the item failed to do that, and whoever accepted the original return for them failed to make sure it was removed and it wasn’t. first horrible experience with bestbuy after years of doing business with them. it took several conversations with employees and geek squad repeatedly telling me they couldn’t do anything. unfortunately i had to go out of my way and buy a whole new one bc of this unfortunate mistake. hopefully this won’t happen to anyone ever again. it was super disappointing having to go through so many hoops because of other people’s mistakes. luckily i’m able to get a refund so i appreciate that part.

I ordered this iPad, but instead of getting this delivered I received a heated mug. When I tried to get it returned I spent literally hours on the phone trying to simply get what I purchased. I have never been so frustrated with a big company and their care for THEIR mistake. I will never order from Best Buy again. Very sad that so little care is given for the situation.

Product is defective and when I attempted to return to Best Buy they told me 16 days had passed ( we were out of town ) 14 day replacement period. Terrible customer service ! We will never shop at Best Buy again unless they rectify this problem

I was pleased with the actual product ,but the best buy online purchasing and app is complete trash.they said avilable to pick up in 1 hr a day and a half later it told me not available. I went to store and they told me that union nj had 20 in stock .upon arrival they said i had to switch stores in the app ,but app was non functional and store was no help either i then cancelled the order and had to purchase the ipad instore .witch would have saved me time and aggrivation in the first place .garbage app garbage in store service should have ordered one from amazon or direct from apple

I purchased this iPad as an open box item for my daughter for Christmas. She couldn’t log into the iPad because it was asking for a password. I took it back to the Best Buy on waterford lakes in Orlando where I purchased it from, expecting for it to be unlocked or replaced but the manager was not helpful. He simply refunded me my money as asked me to go order another one myself. Very poor customer service. Laura
