I absolutely love the vibrant color and sleek design of this iPad. It’s perfect for managing my social media projects and editing digital content on the go. The display is stunning, and it fits perfectly into my daily creative workflow.

The iPad is amazing and I have no issues with the device itself. If you’ve had any of the previous ipads(I had a 6th Gen) and you liked/loved that iPad then this will iPad you will love even more. My issue is receiving the product and/or the communication I’m getting said product. First of all I love Best Buy & I am a loyal customer for 20+ years and I usually never had delivery issues but getting this product was very frustrating & disappointing. My product came 4 days late of the expected delivery and each day before I received this product I was told/saw the tracking and said I would receive it “today” and it’s out on delivery. I even called and/or chatted with an agent and was told the same thing. Maybe FedEx could be to blame as well but the communication between the 2 was horrible. Anyways, the “final straw that broke the camel’s back” moment for me was when I received my product and the delivery box was badly damaged. It looked like somebody possibly opened the box and tried to re-tape it. Maybe they tried to steal the iPad? Not sure what to think. But then the iPad box itself was “dirty” and it looked like it slid across a warehouse floor or maybe the delivery truck. I included some photos but I regret not taking more photos. Anyways again I love Best Buy but this experience left me feeling highly unsatisfied. Hopefully somebody from this company reads this because this can’t happen again.

Started out rough. iPad got locked and I had to return it to get it sorted. I’m more the problem than the iPad. In the 80’s you’d buy and Apple product and get books and education on its use. Now we’re on our own and the price is so high it’s hard to keep up. I have a long way to go to learn a bit of what I can do.

I wouldn’t say this product goes above and beyond because there are definitely better iPads out there but for the price it’s a great deal and it does a lot. I would get this item specifically for school and assignments not so much playing games but it does run games just fine! Like I said with a higher quality item, you get higher quality results but this is a decently price iPad for the amount it has provided in my life :)))

This was a great price for what my girlfriend needed it for. We did run into an issue where it booted properly out of the box, and there was nothing we could do but return it. We had to return two of them back to back, an employee at best buy said it may have been a bug with apple because a lot of people were there for that issue. Please BEWARE that you need to start it up right away to see if it works, so if it doesn't, you can return it within the return policy window. If you don't, then you will have to go through the manufacturer, which is always best to be avoided.

I would get the pro version with faster charging watts. Battery very fast with new os. However, display is amazing.

I recently purchased the Apple 11-inch iPad with the A16 chip (128GB, Wi-Fi) from Best Buy and I’m very happy with the purchase. The setup was extremely easy and the device feels fast and responsive right out of the box

Battery problems. The battery is not working properly !

This is not iPad Pro quality of course but it’s pretty good for basics. It’s missing a couple of features previous versions of it already had, not happy about that.

It’s locked because I forgot the password , it should be a lot simpler to reboot it

I was unaware this pad has a cellular or wifi option. A Verizon associate advised me this iPad is Wi-Fi only. Associates at Best Buy need to be a little bit more clear with what they are selling.

Love the ipad but the battery life on it is awful. It can't last a four hour charge. Bought this ipad for my 15 hour flight and i'm not sure how this is gonna go - would buy a pro if it wasn't past its return date & best buy said nothing will be done. In the picture it shows it being used for not even two hours and the battery going from 100% to 17%... Shame.

Overall ok product. But often lags & freezes. Easy to handle

The screen of my ipad became defective after just a month. There is a black line that is getting thicker and thicker, going down the center of my screen.

I did have a little trouble getting this item, ive been using progressive leasing for 5 years and never had any trouble having to show my ID and that day i had trouble cause they wanted to change stuff up and wanted me to show my ID

The iPad is an iPad and works like an iPad. It's fine, 5 Stars. But, 0 stars for the next day delivery by BestBuy. The iPad was offered to be delivered the next day, so I chose that instead of picking it up at the store. Big mistake. BestBuy sends a tracking number for the next day delivery via Doordash. Next day no delivery. Checking the tracking number at 11pm it show up as still being delivered in 41 minutes and about 66 miles away. The next morning it shows is delayed, last location still 66 miles away. I used chat to find out what was going on and was assured that the iPad was not 66 miles away but in another location and only 32 miles away and would be delivered today (day 2). No show! Chat again the next morning, still delayed. BestBuy was unable to locate the package so I asked to cancel the delivery and refund me. Was told that process would take a few days. The iPad was then delivered via Doordash late afternoon on Day 3. So the iPad is fine, delivery via Doordash sucks. Had BestBuy shipped via UPS or FedEx it would have been delivered the next day and they would have known where it is. Don't trust their delivery date as it's likely a lie so you don't order from Amazon. Order online and pick it up. I ordered another iPad online but for store pickup. Super easy and the people in the store were very nice. Staff very easy to deal with the return of the Doordash iPad.

purchased this specifically to use on my exercise bike. Mostly to watch TV. It will not charge through the USB port on the bike. The USB port will charge my cell phone and anything else but not this. I have to take off and charge remotely.

Picked this up to gift. Seems to to have enough power and be perfect size for her general use and portability. Battery life is fine.

I didn’t connect with it. The air gap screen made it flex when I pinched to zoom or used a pen, causing a dark spot on the screen where the layers would touch. I got a m4 air and it’s much nicer but more than double. Get this one if you want budget and you know screen isn’t very well made to make it the very low price. The speakers aren’t great either. It gets hot but they all do, turn down the brightness and that will help. It runs nicely, it has good specs for the price, and it’s a 2025 Apple product so you should get a lot of years before it’s not supported.

iPad is great but little disappointed with trade in. Advertisement said the trade in amount could be used towards purchase but actually it couldn’t. Ended up with a $50 gift card instead. Also had to send trade in iPad off because stores in my county don’t accept trades. No where was this mentioned. Just slightly confusing. iPad 5 stars, c/s service 2 stars
