Customer Ratings & Reviews

Extremely fast device. Used for gaming, streaming and as a secondary monitor with my MacBook pro. Came from a Samsung tablet, this is a night and day difference in speed!

Apple product = Perfect, I love Apple. The Best Buy product = awful, pathetic, annoying, dishonest, disrespectful and also just not a good ambassador for Apple products. Not only where they provide me incorrect information regarding Apple care, they wasted my time and made me go directly to Apple. “Certified Apple service” ya right. Yall don’t even know what you’re talking about. Your customer had to correct you. Absolutely pathetic. Thanks but no thanks. Maybe you make it right with a gift card. Best Buy rep = “Ya so accessories like the Magic Keyboard aren’t covered under Apple care, you just have to buy a new one. Sorry man” Me = Negative, it’s covered as part of the Apple care plan for my iPad. See, it says it right here…. Best Buy = “Ok, let me ask someone… ok, I guess it’ might be covered but you should probably just go to Apple, I’ll have to do all these things and it will take a long time” - Best Buy Parker Colorado. The guy with awful hair who talks to much.

Great quality for open box I love it. I love it. I love it.

I recently bought the 11-inch Apple iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025), and I’m honestly very happy with it. The size is perfect — light enough to carry around easily, but still big enough for watching videos, studying, taking notes, and multitasking. The M3 chip is incredibly fast. Apps open quickly, games run smoothly, and switching between apps feels effortless. I mainly use it for browsing, YouTube, note-taking, and light work, and it handles everything without any lag. The battery life is also excellent and easily lasts all day for me. The display looks bright and clear, and the speakers sound surprisingly good for such a thin device. I also like that it supports the Apple Pencil Pro and Magic Keyboard, which makes it more useful for productivity and studying. One small downside is that the screen is still only 60Hz, so it doesn’t feel as smooth as the iPad Pro. Also, the accessories are quite expensive. But overall, I think the iPad Air gives a really good balance between performance, portability, and price. If you want a powerful iPad without paying for the Pro model, I think the 11-inch iPad Air is an excellent choice.

I recently purchased the Apple 11-inch iPad Air with the M4 chip, Wi‑Fi, 128GB in Space Gray, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The M4 chip makes this iPad incredibly fast and responsive. The 11-inch display is excellent. It is bright, sharp, and vibrant, making it perfect for both work and entertainment. It's easy to carry throughout the day, making it ideal for travel, meetings, and everyday use. Battery life is also excellent and comfortably lasts through a full day of normal use. The Space Gray finish looks sleek and professional, and the build quality is outstanding. As expected from Apple, the device feels premium and well-crafted. Overall, the iPad Air M4 delivers exceptional performance, excellent battery life, and a premium user experience at a great value. It’s incredibly fast, whether I’m browsing the web, watching videos, playing games, or using multiple apps at the same time. Everything runs smoothly with no lag. If you’re looking for a powerful tablet that’s easy to carry around and built to last, I highly recommend this iPad. It’s definitely worth the purchase.

The M4 chip makes this thing fly — no lag, even with several apps open. Screen is sharp and bright, it's light enough to hold one-handed, and the battery lasts all day. 128GB is plenty if you stream. The purple looks better in person than online. Only gripe: keyboard and Pencil cost extra.

couldn't be happier with the 11-inch iPad Air M4. Bought as a gift for my wife. replaced the 2019 ipad she loved, and this is the absolute sweet spot for a tablet—it’s incredibly portable and comfortable to hold with one hand, and the screen is spacious for multitasking, reading, and watching videos. The M4 chip makes everything fly, from basic browsing to heavier apps and drawing/creating content. The battery life easily gets her through the day.

The ipad-air provide the service of excellence quality, performance superb with days of long life batterying. The key-board is smooth and with slight soft texture of absobrent pad. The navigation and repositioning while handling the product make it much convenient especially the product is so easy to carrying anywhere you go with out any burden. If I was to recommend an addition, I would prefer a double covers, that is a key-board and with out a key board. A design to fit in any capacity.

With its fast M4 chip, sharp 11‑inch display, and long battery life, it’s perfect for taking handwritten notes with Apple Pencil, flipping through PDFs, following lectures, and even editing projects on the go, all while looking sleek in Space Gray. For tech‑savvy students who care about AI and smart tools, this iPad Air stands out because it can smoothly run note‑taking apps with AI summarization, intelligent search, and transcription, plus creative apps that leverage the Neural Engine for faster edits and image work. It pairs beautifully with a MacBook Pro for coding and heavy AI work, giving you a lightweight, campus‑ready tablet that still feels future‑proof

The 11-inch iPad Air is light, fast, and easy to carry, while still giving me plenty of screen space for browsing, streaming, notes, and everyday work. The M4 chip keeps everything smooth and responsive, and the purple finish looks great without being too flashy. It does not have every premium feature of the Pro, but it delivers the performance and versatility I need at a more reasonable price. A great all-around iPad.

More speed and pretty color, performances, portability

This iPad has been very convenient for me. It’s lightweight, fast, and perfect for reading, taking notes, watching videos, and studying on the go.

The 11” iPad Air M4 is an amazing machine. This device replaced a 2019 10.2” version of the basic iPad. The 10.2” version had served me well for 7 years. While it was slow in downloading pictures from my cameras (lightning connection) it did what I needed it to do, but even with a iPad, I still needed an M1 MacBook to accomplish much of what I needed to get done. After 2 months with the new M4 iPad Air, I can tell you that I have only fired up my MacBook twice (both times for a Zoom meeting where I needed multiple screens for the meeting). This thing is blazingly fast. I downloaded about 100 pics from the grandson’s Martial Arts promotion in less than a minute (USB-C vs Lightning). Moving things to iCloud is fast and clean via wi-fi. The 11” screen, while only .8” bigger than my former iPad’s 10.2” screen, seems to be so much bigger and is definitely brighter. The colors render so much better. The M4 chip is incredible at processing things like video (cleaner and less pixelated than my former screen) and running photoshop filters and edits. I don’t notice any lag time when running processor-intensive recipes in Lightroom and Photoshop. All in all I would say this is the first iPad I have ever had that is most likely capable of replacing my MacBook…I am going to try running multiple screens with my iPad, not sure how that will go… This is money well-spent and an easy “Yes” of you are looking to upgrade and older iPad that my still be serving you well, but is getting a bit long-in-the-tooth for what you are doing.
