Purchased my iPad in February 2023 Within 3 days I plugged it in to charge it and it did not work. It was a hit or miss to get the iPad to charge at any given times.I only used it a handful of times during a one year period of time. Unfortunately I was taken ill and was in an induced coma for a few months. My warranty expired. I decided to take it to the Apple Store to get it fixed and it wasn’t fixable. they were kind enough to exchange it for a new one. The iPad12 was a lemon.please consider a gift card for inconvenience. Thank you
