So far is good , for the price as designer I use it as a work tool ( design job and office Job . Perfectly done the job . But but I want to go forward and do 3D . It start struggling. Specially the screen. That turns down the brightness. When start working hard would say jump for the iPad pro for heavy duties like 3D modeling etc . But if you don't mind the thing I mentioned above still can get a decent M3 processor power for the fair price .

The product is great! The only thing is I order purple and got silver.

This experience was a series of good and bad issues, so bear with me. Good: I purchased this 13" iPad Air at Best Buy on sale. They had my color choice in stock. Bad: The iPad's wifi was defective, toggling on and off every 5 seconds. I have never experienced a defective Apple product! Good: I brought it into Best Buy, and the very busy Geek Squad Technician broke away for a minute to hear about the wifi issue and declared it was defective, and I can return it for another one. Bad: I took it the returns counter and they did not have another unit in stock. I would have to place an order for another one, but she said their computer would not allow her to order it at the sale price. She said I could take this up with the REGIONAL MANAGER. Good: The regional manager just happened to be in the store, assisting another customer with a complicated transaction, and I waited around 10 minutes. He was a very pleasant person, and quickly resolved the pricing issue, and ordered the replacement. So he saved the day! Bad: What if the RM wasn't in the store. What would have been my recourse? Take the defective iPad to Apple? Good: The replacement unit arrived at my house before noon of the next day, as the regional manager had stated. I was very pleased with that outcome from the RM. Not so Good: New iPad: While everything worked on the replacement iPad, for whatever reason, during the initial setup it required an update to the new and reportedly buggy IOS26. We have noticed that the iPad does exhibit the bugs, such as sluggish touch response or screen lockups, it is also not as stable and requires us to turn it off and on again more often than our other iPads. During the initial setup of the first unit, the update to IOS26 was not required, and was not chosen due to my aversion to reports of its bugs. Something to keep in mind until a better version of IOS is released.

Apple has always had good products, and this is a good quality iPad, but definitely not for the price. Still worth upgrading to if the screen size is a must.

However, I have encountered a significant technical issue that prevents me from giving it a higher rating. After approximately 40 days of use, the screen has begun to flicker intermittently. The device has been consistently protected by an OtterBox case and has not been subjected to any drops or physical damage. Unfortunately, since the issue arose after the standard 15 to 30-day return window, I am now required to send the device to Apple for repair. This unexpected malfunction is disappointing, especially for a premium product, and I hope the repair process is swift and effective."

It is everything I expect it to be. Doesn’t wow. Magic keyboard from previous model fit and works. Bluetooth connects fine. Had to buy new Apple pencil. More utility than anything.

Totally disappointed with the fingerprint sensor recognition on this iPad.

no face id feature. 128Gb is definitely too small for pictures and videos.

Good product financing options but service is not always good there were 2-3 men chitchatting in front of the store I asked for the item I wanted to buy and one of them pointed and said “over there” but didn’t follow us so I could ask about the product.Then another customer came and same thing the customer actually answered all my questions and again I went to the front of the store to ask for assistance to purchase the product and for the other customer to get his . We got bad customer service.

Everything was good with shipping but the apple box came super damaged with dents and broken and marker all over it . iPad had a minor scratch on edge .

Problem with the store not giving the full credit they promised on the purchase. Just getting a run-around from the store and credit card company

The product is so thin that the screen was flexing when holding it. Pixels were dying and pushing their limits right out of the box. Recommend a mac book instead.

It is still not set up so it is difficult to review. I did come in about 30 minutes before the store closed and was mistakenly to told that the ipad could be set up by the geek squad. They did put my screen protector on it, but right now it won't even connect to the internet.

I recently bought the new iPad, and I’m really satisfied with its performance. The display is bright and sharp, and the touch response is very smooth.

Not good for work. The iPad is best for a good school experience but not work or more intensive work.
