iPad was unlocked as advertised. It worked fine on t-mobile and seemed willing/able to hook up to other mobile providers. iPad was very close to like new condition. Would buy again.

Even though it’s refurbished it still looks and works like it’s practically new, no problems thus far. Highly recommend especially if your trying to save

The product does not work as expected. Problem is charging does not stay longer and battery not charges more than 70%

Refurbished iPad Works Great

Because the newest model of the Apple iPad required swiping motions to operate and did not have a "button" as the previous model, we had to purchase a refurbished model that still operated with a button. We hoped that Best Buy would be a reputable source for refurbished electronics, and we were right. We're very pleased with the iPad that you sold us.

The ipad stopped working after a few months

It works great until it doesnt, i never had an apple product just stop working completely out of nowhere, zero damage to it and the things decides to die
