It's the first time I've bought a Mac at the beginning it worked very slowly, I asked for technical support and they helped me through chat and now it's normal but sometimes again is slow. As for how it looks, it's perfect, I love the size of the screen and the sound and the camera are very good.

This is the worst computer I have ever bought and it doesn’t have retina display everything on it was a lie, and it goes 2G fast I got ripped off on this computer and I have not been able to use the computer. It takes 20 minutes to serve the Internet from page to page. It’s loading as we speak!

Decent Apple computer for the price. Widescreen is important.

you know I read it said it may come with an aftermarket keyboard and mouse. but what I got with it was absolutely garbage. it looks like they ordered it off temu and tossed it in the box. seriously?? I spent this much money and you can't give me a keyboard and mouse of some what close quality to the original??? I would of paid a little more for better keyboard and mouse!!! also packaging was barely there. we all know shipping carriers are horrible specially Fedex which is the worst who they used. im surprised my computer showed up in one piece the way it was packaged. otherwise computer works great.

I purchased an Apple certified 21.5" iMac from Best Buy. It's the first time I purchased used computer - but needed a good deal to replace my Mac that could no longer receive updates. The computer is perfect and the communications that I received were professional, timely and kind. It's a great value!

First time buyer for renewed/pre-owned Mac. Came in great condition & secure. Although renewed/pre-owned, I was not expecting a third party windows keyboard, wired or not. Also, the wired mouse that came with it was not compatible with the machine. I had to do the accessibility command to activate mouse keys until I bought a wireless one with my own money. I also bought myself an iMac compatible wireless keyboard with Mac commands. Other than that, the machine came in factory default and I had no problems updating to Big Sur. Just had to do it manually, all keyboard. Happy with the IMac itself but not with the accessories shipped with it. Recommend for the price, although, you might have to go out of your way to purchase your own accessories, well at least for me.

I've owned macs for decades. This was supposed to replace an i3 windows cheap AIO HP from 2018. This imac is so slow it hangs opening the most basic app, loading web pages takes forever, loading your account, opening and working in excel lags. Bad hard drive? Bad memory? Bad logic board? Don't know, returning after two days of trying making sure I wasnt going insane.

I didn't know that this system was sold by a marketplace seller and not from a BestBuy outlet. The computer was well packed and comes with an aftermarket keyboard and mouse the only thing original was the powercord.

The original apple keyboard and mouse were not included in this package, which meant I had to return to the store. I recognize it was a pre-owned computer, but expected that it would include the original keyboard and mouse.

Came in great condition….just disappointed that I have all these extra wires from the keyboard and mouse so now I have to spend what I thought I was saving from such a great sale price into getting the wireless keyboard and mouse

This is the WORST piece of technology I have ever owned!!! From the moment I set up this computer it never worked right as its been super super super slow (I'm pretty sure Dial up was faster than this computer) along with other issues. I took it to Best Buy to have it fixed (which took 2 months) and, when I got it back, it worked decent for about 3 months. It has been less than a year and I have maybe been able to actually use this computer a total of 5 months with it working half-way decent but still really slow. The issues the first owner had with it (that were supposed to be fixed since its refurbished) are the same issues I have had with it, so they basically sold me a faulty computer. I am now having to spend money on a brand new iMac because I desperately need one that actually works, so I basically threw over $700 to the wind on this. I have all apple products and they work great, but not this one! My 2015 MacBook Air is 10x better and faster. It will be a cold day in July before I purchase anything from best buy again as terrible of an experience as this has been for me!!!

I have been a loyal BestBuy and Apple customer for 20+ years. I purchased the refurbished 21.5" iMac to replace my mom's 2007 iMac. It arrived within 2 days and I immediately noticed that it was very slow. When I returned to visit a month later, I began a 6 month process of contacting Geek Support and then going through whatever steps they told me. I told them that I wanted to trade it in from my first contact. They said I had to go through these steps before it could be exchanged. After… 1. online geek squad system check 2. online geek squad remote connection and system check 3. geek squad agent coming to mom's place 4. me taking the computer into Best Buy and leaving with Geek Squad I was told that there was nothing that could be done and I could not exchange it. Even though I purchased Best Buy Total Protection, there was no protection on a refurbished Apple product. So now, I am stuck with a 2019 iMac that is slower than the 2007 iMac I replaced. I am obviously very very disappointed.

Good deal overall. Screen is bright, colorful and clear.

This is the worst choice I’ve ever made. It would take two to three business days to load something after I clicked what I wanted. Waste of money DO NOT BUY refurbished. It would also randomly delete everything I had on there… total waste of 600 dollars

Shipment was missing the power cord, wired mouse and wired keyboard. I have to go back to the store to exchange and hope to get the same refurbished computer. They are unable to send the missing parts to the order. Not happy!!!

Big disappointment. From the beginning it has been so slow. I was promted by Apple to install Sonoma upgrade--I installed and I was told the file was corrupt. I took it back to Best Buy. I had to purchase the Geek Squad service to get it fixed. After nearly 3 weeks, it was finally done. Brought in home (I live 1.5 hours away from the nearest Best Buy) and it is still so slow--it is maddening. My MacBook from Pro from 2015 is so much better than the Mac Desktop. I am sick that I made this purchase then had to purchase Geek Squad service and it still is so slow that I just can't use it. Complete waste of money and time.

I am very happy with the computer, except. the mouse does not work and I was disappointed in the fact they wanted me to take it to store to exchange it, I was not able to , I had to purchase one.

I was not able to afford a new iMAC right now. So, I went to the Apple website to see what they had listed under their Certified Refurbished section, but the prices all seemed to elevated. Went online to Best Buy and looked at open boxes for the iMacs. Their prices were most more reasonable!
