I ordered the 11in and it came looking great, but for some reason, they included the wrong charging cable. I decided to return it because for just 50$ more I can get the 12.9in. It arrived yesterday and i was shocked and very disappointed. It came in a thin box with barely any bubble wrap. There's no charging cable, just charging brick. They shipped ipad with the brick on the screen and the thin bubble between them. The shocker was when i took the ipad out the wrap and saw the deepest scratch on the back that I've ever seen on a mobile device. It looks like someone took a very sharp object and scratched it as hard as they can. I decided not to turn it on at all and return it. I am taking pictures and contact customer service because I don't think the packaging it came in is enough/safe to send it back in.

RECEIVED completely different model and SCRATCHED. What the heck Best Buy! Who checks the items before sending it out to the customer? Missing charger items and poorly package that scratched the screen

The specifications in the listing were for a 4th Gen iPad Pro 11 inch with a M1 chip. I received a 3rd Gen iPad Pro instead.

First, iPad arrived just in wrapped plastic not even a box. Secondly, it came with the wrong charging block and cord so if I even wanted to keep it could not charge it. Finally, iPad came already updated to new iOS system not the system it should have when it was released originally. Very disappointed in Best Buy!

Geek squad certified. iPad worked. Returned because of a deep scratch that was the full length of the screen.

The specifications listed this refurbished iPad Pro as a 5th generation and I received a 3rd generation.

The ad does not say that it is a 3rd generation ipad pro 11, I thought I was buying the 4th generation! And this even has bumps and scratches

The battery dies really fast, I purchased a refurbished model.

Used my Ipad for 2 months thereafter, it couldn't charge

Never buy referbished from best buy. This is the third product I've received that was in horrible condition

I knew it was “used” but im surprised Best Buy resold this iPad the screen is very scratched if I knew it looked like this I would not have purchased it for the price

I ordered this mid November and it was displayed for so long that I tried cancelling the order but I wasn’t allowed to. It took a whole month to eventually get the product just for them to give me the wrong charger!

Very sad that this highly expensive tablet is very scratched and dented. Lesson learned. I won’t trust Best Buy again
