I was skeptical about buying a refurbished iPad Pro, but this Geek Squad Certified model completely changed my mind. Everything works perfectly, and I haven’t noticed any difference compared to a brand-new one. For anyone looking for a high-performance iPad Pro without paying full price, this is a fantastic deal. This Apple iPad has been great so far - Pretty easy to initially set up. Grandson was using it within the first hour. He enjoys the bright and clear images that makes game-playing enjoyable.

The iPad shipped fairly quickly and packaged very well. The in-store pickup was quick. The iPad itself is in good condition so, I would recommend others give geek squad products a chance!

I needed an iPad with my Mac for school, either to use as a kindle or to use as a third screen. It's been phenomenal.

I Received the refurbished iPad with no original box or charger, it was delivered by the postal service it came pretty dirty out the packaging but after a quick cleaning I seen there was no damage, scratches etc. so if you want everything apple provides with this iPad buy new. if that doesn’t matter to you and you wanna save some money buy this option and get apple care+ for the price of new.

Came in a cardboard box but in excellent condition with its charger in a plastic bag but looked very good packaged very good product for the price that i paid
