I bought it 7 months ago. It’s a refurbished product and I didn’t expect a perfect device, works very very good, no scratches, no details at all. I don’t know if it was luck but my tablet came in excellent conditions.

I expected some wear and tear when purchasing refurbished, but it arrived pristine and performs as expected.

I was really looking forward to receiving this iPad, but unfortunately, it arrived with noticeable scratches on the screen, which was a huge letdown. On top of that, none of the original accessories were included — no charger, no cable, nothing!!

I've seen and heard horror stories of people buying refurbished products from Best Buy, so I was a bit skeptical when making this purchase. I opened it up at Best Buy just in case it wasn't in great shape. Upon opening, I was impressed with how new it looked. Everything worked well and only a small smudge was visible on the body. It did come with an OEM charger brick, but also came with a generic USB C cable. You'll see a lot of different things online saying that the M2 iPad Pro is the 4th or 6th Generation. Apple considers the M2 iPad Pro 11 inch model as Gen 4 on its website. Just double check the model number depending on which one you get. Any of these are the 11 inch M2 models: A2759, A2761, A2435, A2762.

Excellent very responsive, but did not meet my needs. If you need to have 12fps video from the usbC port, don'r buy this product. The only ipad capable of this is the Ipad Pro with the M5 chip. Still the graphics will not be as good as from a PC. I only recommend this product if you are not trying to use it for a Golf simulator setup.

Very good product. The only “bad” thing is that it is not the same iPad they are advertising.

Great device, at an amazing, refurbished price. Best Buy always is my go-to for my next tablet or laptop, and never disappoints with the refurbished quality. There were a few scuffs and marks mainly on the back, but the device was in great shape, especially for the price. Battery life was in good shape as well.

Oh yes! This iPad works as advertised. Processor is fast.

It does what I need it to do, no issues and for a good price. Condition was great, no damage, also got an open box apple pen.

I was supposedly ordering a 2022 iPad Pro 6th generation but actually got a 2020 4th generation. Device works great and is in fine condition and price is correct too for the model that came but is NOT AS ADVERTISED.
