This is the first refurbished iPad I have ever bought. It’s very lightweight and that’s the reason I chose a refurbished one. The new ones are heavier/bulky. But when I got the iPad, I took it home and there was not a scratch on it, And the battery which was the most important thing to me lasted a long time. Perhaps they/Best Buy replaced the battery. at any rate, it was in like new condition. I ordered two of them. This is actually the first refurbished item I’ve ever gotten from Best Buy and from now on I will not be afraid to go with a refurbished unit.

I didn't want to pony up for a new Ipad mini so gave this refurbished unit a try. Much faster than my aging IPad mini. Batter life could be better.

Works well. No problems with it. Works well. Holds up well. Keeps a charge well.

Hi i bought this refurbished ipad for my son for christmas i had one picked out on wallmart and they had a scale saying fair good lile new premium and deacribed what it would look like i waited to long and when i went to buy it eas coming after chriatmas so i found this ipad on best buy looked good was a lottle more money but it was gonna be here for chrostmass so i got this one and im a little disappinted. I know its refurbished guys but ive but refurbished stuff most my life and most the time still looks brand new this has scratches all by the charging port scratches on wcreen and just looks like a toddler already bren using it not how i wanted to give a gift looking like i took it from one of his classmates i wanted it to seem like it was new still i just wish they put something daying aome may have minor scratches or gave u the option to pay a little more for a little better condition

Works good for kids to play on, would be good for adults too who didn’t require updates not available for this years model.

Excellent condition and quality for the price. It’s tough to beat refurbished products. Why pay full price?

This little iPad came in absolutely perfect condition. I had one like it before that I had cracked the screen on, and it was my absolute favorite iPad ever. Now I have one that’s in mint condition and it’s gold, which is my favorite color! Thanks for providing me with this iPad!

My son uses as a communication device so breaking them happens quite often. I decided to get a refurbished model so it would be easier on my wallet. I was absolutely surprised with the condidtion of the iPad mini. It looks brand new out of the box. Have not had sny issues with device since i purchased. I will continue to buy refurbished any time he breaks. Highly recommend buying!!!

Works well after a week. Screen is clean back has a few scratches.

Bought this for my mother and could not ask for better tablet. New would have been twice the price but refurbished was half the price. Recommended for low budget.

Light weight & small enough to carry in a crossbody bag. 64 gig seems to be good, so far, for social media & streaming. Holds a charge.
