Upgraded to this phone because it's water resistant, something I've never known iPhones to have before. Hasn't let me down at all. Very reliable, fast, plenty of storage

My rating above is for product. N I wud give a 0 if for Best Buy / Geek Squad. I always wondered why there are second thoughts about having a refurbished piece. Firstly, missing part - but never mind I am not complaining on that as it was addressed. You guys have to change the title - This one was not a unlocked phone !!!! It was locked to AT&T. And the IMEI says it cannot be unlocked as it was recently upgraded . My next step was to visit the store as advised by the online customer service. However neither the Best Buy nor the Geek Squad was unsure of who is responsible in handling the issue nor the next step to be taken. I had to shuttle between AT&T and Best Buy couple of times only to decide to make a return !!! If you had put about the "locked piece" I would not have wasted my time even in just browsing through it.

I love this iPhone. Very powerful processing power and seamless operating system to phone specs. It does just about everything to satisfy my computing needs. Only Iphone X can trump this in my view.

I brought this 7 plus black but just after one day the unit doesn’t turn off.. and all app is freeze☹️☹️ I ask for replacement the fallowing day and they replace it but soon as i got the replacement its THE SAME ISSUE “ got FREEZE and not turning off need to wait to drain the battery before you can used it again... i am thinking of totally ask for refund and send back the unit.

Got my refurbished 7plus in with no scratches and great appearance which was my main concern with purchasing refurbished. Have not had any issues everything seems to work great. Phone is fast and camera is excellent. Great deal so save the money and buy refurbished

Very nice iPhone, nice price and we loved this one.

I paid for extra shipping but it came a day late and didn't come with any headphones. Love my phone but the process was a little hectic.

The phone is great. You can read that in countless reviews online. The issue that I have is that the refurb unit did not include a set of headphones, which was not really spelled out in the details. I would expect a possible scratch or some minimal signs of use, but not missing components. Also, I paid for expedited deliver on my order, but the device arrived 2 days late.

Bought a refurbished iPhone 7 plus and I was impressed that the phone was in excellent shape and all cords and headphone products were with it as other reviews said it was missing. So far phone has been great and would buy refurbished items if price is right again.

I was looking for an iPhone and this was an excellent opportunity to get one at an affordable price. The phone was in awesome condition and works really well. A no brainer!

Only 4 stars because the camera disappointed me otherwise I would have given 5. The phone is great and the technical specs were fine, but even with the upgraded camera it's still lacking. The camera takes excellent photos, but I still struggled with low light photos. I upgraded before going on vacation to Disney and my night photos were just not what I expected. I still experienced some blurred photos even with the optical stabilization. The f/1.8 aperature is great, but even taking photos inside a lighted gym were grainy. I would really test out the camera if that is the sole reason for upgrading.

The product came in excellent condition and was as good as new (I purchased a refurbished product).

The phone is super fast, the camera looks great and take great pictures.
