
The unit itself was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, I ordered a Space Gray, but received a Gold instead. It was meant as a birthday gift and it was very disappointing to receive the wrong item. We would have returned it and asked for a replacement, but the site says the item was already sold out. We didnt want the birthday celebrant to be empty handed (and wait until a unit becomes available) so we just stuck with the Gold. I’m not sure if the wrong item was sent or if the website had the wrong color description and photo. Either way, I hope Best Buy does something about these errors to avoid disappointed customers.

They sent me the wrong color of the iPhone and when I wanted to change it, they no longer had any available.
