I purchased a refurbished MacBook for my Daughter because I trusted the geek squad and their warranty. Huge mistake!! My machine crashes unexpectedly. The geek squad says it's fine. Nothing wrong with it and they won't give me my money back. I can't talk to a human that will help me fix this. I'm canceling my Best Buy credit card and never purchasing anything from them ever again.

This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made from Best Buy. I went to pick up the item and it had bread crumbs in it. Clearly had not gone through geek squad for processing. The laptop had problems from the beginning. Spazzing out. Inoperable. Had to give up and go buy a new one. All in all will never be buying refurbished from any website ever again. I thought I could trust Best Buy but nope.
