Came with dent on bottom side. And both edges once opened the screen, are jagged and can scratch or snag a shirt. The apple product comes with 3 yrs apple care and this apple care plus has less than a year

Price is good, but there was no mention that the condition would be sub-par. This item arrived with dents in the case and a chipped screen. Purchased as a gift for my very busy daughter, and she doesn't have the time to bother with the exchange process, so I guess we'll have to eat this one.

I almost didn’t get the MacBook because it had bad reviews. However, there were only 2 reviews and their complaint was that it was a little beat up. But I took a chance and the Mackbook Air that I received was in perfect condition! It looked brand new out of the box and it works perfectly. 100% recommend the purchase, but just inspect it before you leave. If it’s banged up, send it back on the spot and ask for a replacement. Super happy with this purchase!
