The refurbished watches from Best Buy are very disappointing. I first ordered a series 8 watch and it had scratches on the screen, so the store did an exchange and had another one sent to my house. The second watch that arrived was even more full of scratches and it was a series 7 watch. It does not appear they have any quality control on their geek squad refurbished Apple Watches. I gave up and just got a full refund. If the outside was in that rough of shape I figured the battery was also not in the best condition.

They sent me somebody's musty old watch. It's completely scratched up. Dirty Wristband. Yellowed charger. The watch is not locked, but it's definitely not refurbished. "Used: poor condition" would be more appropriate.

The screen had 3 big hits, I know its refurbished, but I was expecting better conditions coming from the original “Apple and Best Buy”, the charger also full of scratches, not original packaging, an extra sm band. But no girl, waste of time.

The watch came with a blue band, no charger and completely dead.

Watch came super scratched on face, so we returned that one and to exchange it they ordered it again. The second came even more scratched all over, doesn't look like it was ever cleaned, and doesn't have a wrist strap at all (it's just the watch face). Terrible experience, Now I have to waste my time and gas to return it again.

Watch was delivered with a scratch on the screen and scratches around the bezel of the watch. DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED PRODUCTS FROM BEST BUY. VERY dissatisfied with the quality of the product. Always buy new even though it is more expensive.

I had the watch for about 2 months, normal wear.. screen completely shattered hitting a wall corner with the watch face. Can it possibly be a cheap screen?

It was not in the original box, when I turned it on I noticed a crack on the screen, it was also not clean it had dirt all over it, so that’s why I returned it.

They sent the Apple Watch with a lot scratches and I tried to return in the store and I couldn’t. Nobody can help me with it. Don’t buy it

I purchased a refurbished Series 8 Apple Watch online. When I picked it up at the store, it was the wrong color and only had the small band. The manager told I had to call Best Buy help and get a return label. After talking with six different people, I was finally told the serial number doesn’t match what they sent me and I can’t return it! The local store manager even talked with them explaining that the wrong watch was sent and that’s why the serial number doesn’t match the order. Customer service basically said they don’t care and if we try sending it back they will just send it back to me. We got no where with them. Worst customer service ever!

I thought this might be a somewhat official program a la Apple and the "refurbished" models they offer. But no, this is clearly someone else's device that Best Buy bought. It looks like they probably took great care of it, but they didn't both to include the charger. And Best Buy's verification process is clearly lacking for something like that to get through. Was a real bummer to be put in this position. Disappointed, was looking forward to a good deal and re-using technology.

Unfortunately my iPhone despite being listed as a compatible phone with this watch, is not compatible. Perhaps when it was refurbished it negated the compatibility of phones identified.

After ordering this watch through Best Buy, the watch came locked. After going to Best Buy I was told they can’t unlock it OR take it back because it’s locked. Obviously it’s locked, that’s the way it was sold to me. Absolutely terrible!!

Sales person failed to inform that this is a used merchandise and it came in a very bad condition with lot of scratches.

Somebody stole the watch out the packet! The watch can in a thin plastic bag!

Does not come with original strap. Kids size small.

Dont buy the apple iphone 8 refurbished . No manual, cardboard box with a lunch plastic bag . The watch didnt power on. No warranty was available .
