I understand it’s used however it’s refurbished and scratches should be minimal to none. Deep scratch across top screen and multiple microscratches on the face. (Photos don’t do it justice but will be attached, video not available to be attached) It functions great but I’d like to think BestBuy would do better.

I like it but I don’t love it. The battery life is good but I was under the false assumption that I could be walking and taking my oxygen and that’s not the case. Other than that it does all the other Apple Watch things and I honestly bought this specifically for the oxygen because both of the lower lobes of my lungs collapsed from long haul COVID and my oxygen goes down to 85 when I was walking. So it kinda bummed me out. I wouldn’t recommend this one for 2 reasons. 1 the pulsox isn’t that great and 2 it’s an older model now.

It arrived in good condition and on time, well packaged. The watch itself works fine, but the screen arrived with some scratches around the edges and the paint was chipped in some areas, which wasn't mentioned in the listing, Instead of blue, there are metallic lines visible.

Everything works great, looks good but the battery life is not good.

I didn’t read the refurbished part so that was my fault but it didn’t come with the original box so i’m just giving it a 3/5 stars just because i’m petty. Still yet to see if it still works.

I bought this for my daughter. But when it was delivered, there was no band at all. We contacted Bestbuy by phone or store in person. They did not provide the right solution. Every time, they say different solution. I am disappointed with Bestbuy customer service.

Doesn’t look like the picture. Comes as white and silver. Slightly disappointed, but it’s a good watch.

I requested a white band and they sent me another color.

Refurb got its good and bad. Mine came a little scratched but whatever its ok
